All of the members of the hospitality team were very nice. The room was cozy. The pool could use some TLC.

Don’t expect amicable wait staff or housekeeping, everybody has an attitude. Overpriced, dry, tasteless food. Housekeeping spends alot of time in the rooms for how little it is cleaned. Loud ambience cannot sleep past 8:00 am due to screaming in the hallway of hotel staff, I never understood why.

Any benefits or qualities of this hotel were canceled by the fact that the sheets were not washed, there were other people's hair under the sheets and FRESH BLOOD SPOTS on the sheets, the floors were visibly dirty, including the tile, which could have been easily cleaned.

Clean and modern hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Easy airport transport. Comfy beds. Quiet rooms. Cute Pool and outdoor space. Workout equipment and area in room. Was great for layover at Miami airport. Very close to airport. Recommend !

The bed slept so comfortable. The room was very nice with a contemporary twist. Nice hardwood floors, with carpet and space to workout. The hotel was also very affordable.

It’s nice close to MIA
But room smelled like cigarette smoke no hot water and coffee machine in room didn’t work.

I enjoyed my stay. It’s close to the airport . The shuttle was nice to and from the airport …The staff was accommodating…

Front staff night person more interested in getting me into the $15 night parking than checking me in… I had been in transit nearly 24 hours from S America. He acted like he doing me a favor to check me in. My guess is that if more staffing were available he would be better suited in a non public contact role

Our room had an A/C malfunction. We reported to the staff 3 times, each time being assured someone would come to repair it. No one ever came. Eventually we just pulled our bags back to front desk for another room, which was comfortable. The dining area had several food and drink items on the menu that they were out of. Aside from these annoyances, it was otherwise a nice stay. We don't plan to stay there again.

This hotel was amazing. It was clean and affordable. It was close to the airport and other activities. The staff was friendly and it wasn't loud. They made accommodations to my room and it was great. The gym and pool were amazing. I would definitely stay here again.
Not up to IHG standards

The staff was great, however the hotel did not meet expectations. Only 1 working elevator, multiple toilets out of service, key card system was down so had to wait on staff to take up to our room each time we left. Bar had a very low selection of beer or supplies to make common drinks. No tvs at the bar because manager didn't pay the cable bill according to the bartender.
