Need a car….

This hotel is at the top of the hill, great for views but ensure you have a car because walking up the hill is not fun! The staff were friendly and the Receptionists were all helpful. The Pantry was a god send as we had some issues with takeaways not accepting international credit card!

Great value. Perfect for a family that will be staying in area for more then 1 night. Having a working kitchen helps on overall trip expenses.

The room was big and Dove amenities were of good quality. But when I asked the front desk for an extension of stay due to a zoom meeting, the staff did not even check and told us “no” right away. The overall cleanliness could be improved.

Amazing experience for a few days. Love the kitchen accommodations and the granite countertops. Bed was comfortable. Wish that the controller for the television was working correctly and that there was a laminated sheet explaining what numbers were associated with what channels. That was my only complaint.

Great safe location. Access to local attractions was good. Hotel is showing its age and is due to a remodel. Staff were friendly and helpful, but not always easily accessible. No pool but there is a nice spa and covered patio. Kitchenette is a bonus. We had breakfasts and dinners at the hotel. They have mini ovens, and other appliances one can check out which is very nice. Workout room was adequate. It was a shame to have to pay for parking, but laundry services are free.

Upon arrival we were greeted by Danielle and she was very pleasant and helpful with recommendations for our stay. Going to our room, we were surprised that the walkway was outdoors. Our room was huge with two bathrooms and bedrooms and full kitchen. Unfortunately there were some things we didn't like, such as the upholstery peeling off of the desk chair, the damage to the wall by the recliner, the refrigerator was very loud, and with the laminate flooring everything echoed. Overall, our stay was good, but some things need to be updated.

I have contact IHG and the hotel, but no one responded other than a typical form letter from the hotel manager. I even sent photographs to the hotel manager but received no acknowledgement. Hotel room was dirty and not maintained. The room had water leaking from the A/C into the room and also had mold and dirt issues.. I do not recommend this hotel. I hate to leave bad reviews but I have received no feedback from the hotel or IHG about the issues.
Could be a great option for staying in the area if the issues were resolved. This website had an error and would not let me upload the photographs

I stayed 3 nights and the room was huge and clean. My toilet was broken 2 of the 3 days so it was a set back to use lobby restroom. The major flaw was the toilet and it having to be fixed by maintenance 2 seperate days.
Spacious but tired

The two room suite was very spacious however the main area was “tired” and in need of some TLC. Stained chairs and wall damage. Staff was amazing.

I’m very picky with hotels, having been in hotel management myself. But this property was lovely, the spacious suite was perfect for my family, and I’ll definitely look into other Candlewoods on my travels.
