I want to express my heartfelt gratitude for the exceptional service provided during my visit. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm welcome and professionalism of your team.

I especially want to commend Dallah, Ayu, Intan, Gundre, Satya, Puspita, Chef Suhaimi and Chef Norra for hospitality. They are all contributed an extra mile efforts and exceed my expectation. Their attention to detail and genuine care truly made my stay memorable.

Additionally, I was highly impressed by the cleanliness of the rooms, the quality of the amenities, and the efficiency of the services offered. The F&B and Poolside areas, receptionist services exceeded my expectations and contributed to a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

Please convey my gratitude to your entire team. I will gladly recommend this hotel to friends and family and look forward to staying with you again in the future.

Excellent Service and Great Location for Canggu

This Holiday Inn differs from the others because it’s positioned as a Resort. Of which the breakfast offerings lived up to the standards with a buffet and ala carte selection.
The Roomah staff was excellent. They took the effort to know my family. My kids absolutely felt at home.
Impeccable service!
It was rainy days when we stayed, hence the kids club became a place for my kids to hang out. The staff there was personable and took good care of my kids too.
All in all, for families looking to stay in Canggu please stay at Holiday Inn Resort. I booked the Kids Suite and my kids totally enjoyed the bunker beds.

As a diamond member , we requested a free breakfast for the welcome amenities but they only honor 1 day of free breakfast we as our stay was for 2 days.

We are going to think twice if we are ever going to come back

“I recently stayed in Canggu, and it was an excellent experience! The location is unbeatable, with easy access to vibrant cafes, beautiful beaches, and convenient shops. The staff was wonderful, especially at the front desk and the rooftop swimming pool—everyone was friendly, welcoming, and ready to help with anything we needed. The entire atmosphere made for a truly relaxing getaway. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to enjoy the best of Canggu!”

I was visiting friends for 2 weeks who live in Canggu. Holiday Inn is not a brand that I normally consider, but the photos looked good and I liked that it was new and clean. I booked for my first week. I was so impressed that I stayed for a second week. It is even better than the photos. The entrance and landscaping is first class. I loved my balcony eith the ocean view and sounds of the waves. Very relaxing. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful. Breakfast is amazing with so many choices. I would for sure stay here again next year.

Get everything in paper, got scammed by front desk!

Do your bookings online or get a written receipt of everything arranged with front desk, when I checked out the bill was x4 times the agreed upon price! Scammed, severely disappointed. A shame beautiful hotel and facilities.

Everyone is very friendly, the restaurant has great food, but there is not a lot of people in it. Krisna helped with our begs and was always available for all the questions.

We recently stayed at Holiday in Canggu for 4 days, and I can’t say enough good things about the staff. While the hotel itself is new and impeccably clean, and the food was exceptional—especially breakfast, which was even better than at the previous three hotels we stayed at in Bali—it’s the staff that truly made our stay unforgettable.

From the front desk to the cleaners, and everyone in between, the staff work like a close-knit family. I was genuinely convinced it was a family-owned business because of the way they treated not only us but also each other with such warmth and respect. A huge congratulations to the management for hiring such a wonderful team. These people are a true credit to your establishment.

Special thanks to Enggel, Ayu, Surya, Alit, Sintya, Febi, and Krisna—though I know there were many more who left a lasting impression on us. They all deserve 5 stars for their hard work, professionalism, and kindness.

Once I return home, my first task will be to send an email to Holiday in cop to express my gratitude. Again, thank you to everyone managing this incredible team—they absolutely deserve recognition

Turning Moments into Memories

I had an enjoyable 2-nights stay with the family at Holiday Inn Bali Canggu. Welcomed by Abdillah at Front desk, escorted by Bayu to our upgraded room was really a great experience. During the stay, I met several friendly team members who was helpful in checking our stay experience: Fira, Enggal, Darwin and Chef Suhaimi.
