18주년 결혼기념일 투숙이였고 두번째 방문이였습니다. 호텔에서 스위트룸업그레이드와 결혼기념일 축하를 훌륭하게 받았습니다. 깔끔한 룸과 바다가 보이는 수영장이 너무 좋습니다. 이미 지인에게 추천하여 지인도 허니문으로 방문하였는데 지인도 기분좋은 투숙이였다고 합니다.

벌써 2번째 숙박입니다. 해변과 레스토랑에서 도보로 단 몇 분 거리라는 좋은 위치 때문에 저희는 이곳이 마음에 듭니다. 객실은 잘 꾸며져 있고 편안합니다. 하지만 가장 중요한 것은 호텔 직원들입니다. 직원들의 진정한 환대, 친절한 전망, 전문성은 놀랍습니다. 숙박을 강력 추천합니다!

The staff at this hotel are truly exceptional and made our stay very enjoyable. The hotel is well positioned with good security. The pool area offers a beautiful space away from the busy streets. The breakfast and dinner was very enjoyable. Our room was clean, cool and comfortable. We would like to have had a bar to go to relax in the evenings.

We really enjoyed our stay. The family room was perfect for us — the kids loved the bunk bed, and the separate bedroom for parents made the space very comfortable. The kids club was smaller than we expected and the programs were not very diverse, but the staff member there was incredibly kind and played with the children at their level. Overall, it was a great family-friendly experience.

Fantastic hotel. Great roof top pool with a bar, awesome service from the minute we checked in to the minute we checked out, rooms perfect rather large for a hotel room, location on point walking distance to the beach and all the restaurants and cafes.

Holiday Resort was truly the best accommodation we have ever stayed in. Everything was spotless, and I could even see the staff cleaning the tiniest details, such as the gaps between the floorboards and door frames. Drinking water, which you usually have to buy every day in Bali, was provided daily for free, and even when we requested more, the staff were always friendly and accommodating. The bed was also incredibly comfortable.

The most impressive part was that I brought my own filtered shower head and replaced the hotel’s. After two nights, the filter was still completely clean — not a single trace of dirt. This was truly different from other hotels. The breakfast was also fantastic; you could order any menu item and receive the full portion. Since I can’t eat much food with strong spices, I was happy to find options that suited a Korean palate. They were also very attentive to my child’s allergies.

Bali doesn’t have many hotels that allow a family of four, especially with two kids, to stay in one room, but here they welcomed families warmly and were very kind. The only small downside is that the hotel’s policy only allows children up to 12 years old in the same room. I think it would be even better if they allowed up to 16 years old without extra charges, as 16 still feels like a child.

If I had to mention another minor drawback, it would be that there weren’t quite enough sunbeds by the pool. The hotel is not very close to La Brisa, but it is close to Canggu Beach. However, the water at Canggu Beach was very dirty and gave me a rash, so I recommend Kuta Beach instead.

There are convenience stores, shops, and massage parlors right in front of the hotel, which was very convenient, and the staff were always friendly. Honestly, I had to pay a cancellation fee of about 300,000 KRW for another hotel just so I could stay here, which initially made me upset — but Holiday Resort was so wonderful that it completely made up for it. My whole family agreed it was the best place we stayed during our trip.

Another thing we loved was that the air conditioner was installed at floor level, which was perfect for our family with rhinitis, and it was also great for drying our feet after swimming. The terrace got plenty of sunlight, making it perfect for drying swimsuits as well.

In short, this was the best accommodation! Breakfast was amazing, the bed was super comfortable, and the water supply was so clean — we loved everything about it.

My family really enjoyed our stay in the resort. This is one of the best IHG hotels I stayed around the world. I appreciate the friendly staff, tasty food and clean rooms!
