Amazing clean hotel

The hotel is in a great location, clean rooms friendly staff amazing continental breakfast. I highly recommend this location. It is located within walking distance to the Main Event. Great hotel for your family stay also. Beds are good and comfy For the average person, I just have a bad back. So I am very particular.

Do to construction and a severe thunderstorm I had trouble finding the hotel. When I called the young lady on the front desk(Ashley) stayed on the phone with me until I got to the hotel.

Alexis checked us in with such welcoming care. She told us all we need to know about our first stay at an avid and seemed so proud in her role, so sweet! The staff at breakfast and cleaning crew were just as delightful. The extra touch of so many hooks for hanging things in the room was great.
10/10 for sure!

우리가 한밤중에 도착했을 때 프런트 데스크 직원이 매우 도움이되었습니다. 그러나 베개는 모래 같았고, 전자레인지는 없었고, 샤워 커튼은 6" 너무 짧아서 물을 가둘 수 없었고, 변기의 나사가 풀려 있었고, 아침 식사가 끝나기 30 분 전에 없어졌습니다.

Because I'm have MS and only get around in a handicap mobility chair, my hotel reviews are pretty much the same. I don't know when the message will get through. The handicap accessible room was on the third floor right next to a sign that said do not take elevators in case of a fire and to use stairs. The room did not have a door stop. Try getting through a door in a mobility chair with you luggage. I appreciated that the bathroom had grab bars and the roll in shower was fabulous. The room was very clean and was large and roomy, even with two queen beds. The clerk at the front desk was very friendly and helpful.

I booked this stay for a baseball tournament. Close proximity to the fields. Hotel was very clean, ac worked great. Quiet atmosphere. Grab and go breakfast was perfect, with plenty of options.

This hotel has a healthy grab and go breakfast included and a really cool custom coffee maker brewed fresh for each cup. We will definitely return to Avid brand hotels.
