숙박과 호텔이 정말 좋았지만 무엇보다 우리를 체크인해 준 신사를 칭찬하고 싶습니다. 불행히도 나는 그의 이름을 찾지 못했지만 인접한 벽에 케빈이라고 적힌 것 같습니다. 어두운 피부색의 젊은 남성. 저는 이제 오랫동안 IHG 다이아몬드 엘리트 회원이었습니다. 최근 몇 달 동안 이곳에 숙박하면서 다이아몬드 등급을 받는 일이 점점 더 희귀해지고 전반적으로 예의가 떨어지는 것을 경험했습니다. 체크인한 직원은 매우 친절하고 매우 도움이 되었어요. 호텔이 가득 찼지만 그는 시간을 내어 우리에게 다이아몬드 호텔이 되어 준 데 대해 감사하다고 말했고 호텔의 모든 세부 사항을 얘기해 주었습니다. 그는 훌륭했습니다!

We were greeted with a pleasant atmosphere and friendly attentative staff. Though rooms are a bit small, they are clean, well kept with all ammenties needed, along with a comfortable bed, giving a good nights rest.

-people smoking pot and drinking in the hallways and parking lot all night.
-streaming to TV and Wi-Fi never worked.
-Night staff did nothing about the disturbances other than asked me to "not call the police because it would be a bunch of paperwork"

I've stayed previously, with no issues but this time was a little different. I was placed on the first floor and heard constant stomping above me and noise from what I assumed were from workers cleaning up after the flood. I also bragged about the breakfast on my previous stay but this stay not so much. I had the same hot choices two mornings in a row and it wasn't for me. The first morning one coffee grinder had no regular coffee beans and there was a line at the second, so I did without coffee the first morning. Everything was clean, except the shower in my room. I don't know if it needed paint or if is was actual mold, either way, it was a u desirable. With all this stated, I would still choose this location. Maybe it was an off two days for the hotel.

There had been some sort of water leak at the hotel prior to my arrival. When I got to my assigned room, there were loud heaters and dehumidifiers running 2 feet from my bedroom door, which made it hot and loud inside my room. When I went to the front desk to ask for a different two-bed room, they told me that they didn’t have any left. so we stayed in that uncomfortable room and slept miserably. The front desk staff and the hotel operator should have notified me when I was trying to check in that there was significant water damage in the hotel and that my assigned room was going to be right next to the epicenter of the water issue, and therefore have massive heaters and dehumidifiers running all night just outside my door. The hotel operator should know better. This ruined my weekend. It ruined my perception of this hotel. It ruined my perception of IHG as a brand. I’ve shared my experience with countless friends and family, and have recommended they avoid IHG.

Terrible situation ending with even worse customer service by hotel General Manager. We had a reservation booked over a busy time in the area as it was move-in at the university. When we arrived to the hotel late in the evening, the hotel advised that they did not have a room for us. They claimed to have tried to call us 5-6 times to notify but that was not true as we did not have a single call. When I called the GM the following morning he tried to blame his "Management Group" that they would not give any compensation. I asked the GM to go back to the management group and ask again and he said "NO". Not only did they NOT give us a room AND still charged our credit card BUT they never offered to try and find another IHG hotel in the area to accommodate. NEVER BOOK AT THIS HOTEL. NEVER!!!

First of all, enjoyed my time very much. There is an unusual housing development that seemed generated by AI right outside my window. Somehow this brought a warm feeling to me, although I cannot explain why.

The room itself was comfortable. The lighting options led to some very relaxing moments.

My only complaint was that my room was not stocked with toilet paper, or tissues for that matter. I realized this too late- luckily the shower had hot water.

Look forward to staying again -

Worst hotel I have stayed in in a decade

I do not typically write reviews, but in this case I must. This hotel is poor at best. The shower was dirty, soaps falling out of the wall and we were concerned about the cleanlyness of the sheets. I woke up with a headache and a sore throat. There was an industrially fan outside my son's room. I will never stay in an Avid hotel again.
