주말 동안 숙박했는데 정말 좋았어요! 직원들은 매우 친절하고 지식이 풍부했습니다. 매우 쉬운 체크인/체크아웃 절차와 매우 합리적인 가격의 숙박.

긍정적: 직원들이 친절했고, 쇼핑, 음식, 고속도로 IHG One Rewards Access 등 많은 것들이 가까이 있었습니다.단점: 침대가 매우 평평했습니다. 밤새도록 버텼습니다. 벽에 장착된 온도 조절기의 컨트롤은 사용하기가 어렵습니다. 역광이 계속 켜져서 잠을 자려고 할 때 위압적인 "야간 조명"을 만들었습니다. 아내가 어떻게든 설정을 섭씨로 변경했는데 다시 되돌리기가 쉽지 않았습니다. 잠자리에 들기 전에 68 도로 설정했는데도 객실이 70도 아래로 내려가지 않았습니다.
이튿날 아침 아내는 전국 어린이 콜럼버스 마라톤(Nationwide Children's Columbus Marathon)을 달리고 있었습니다. 그리고 우리 둘 다 잠을 푹 자는 데 불편을 겪지 않았습니다.
참고: 아침 식사가 몇 시인지는 몰랐지만 IHG에 숙박하는 시간은 보통 6am~9또는 630am~9:30시입니다. .. 어느 쪽이든, 우리는 6:45에 출발했고 아침 식사를 위한 특별한 옵션이 없었습니다. 머핀, 바나나, 사과가 제공되었습니다. 우리가 떠나기 전에 아침 식사를 하지 못해서 매우 실망했습니다.

객실이 매우 좁지만 예약해 드리겠습니다. 커피 메이커가 없으며 로비로 가셔야 합니다. 바닥은 빗자루로 쓸어 담기 때문에 청결이 얼룩덜룩합니다.

집에 있을 때 전력 공급에 문제가 있어서 가까운 곳에서 애완동물을 동반할 수 있는 호텔을 찾아야 했습니다. 프론트 오피스 매니저와 2교대 직원인 Scott은 너무 친절했고 2 일 동안 제가 수다스러운 내 말을 하는 것을 참았습니다! 스콧은 우리 반려견 엘리가 새로운 곳에서 매우 긴장했음에도 불구하고 많은 사랑을 보여주기 이븐 했습니다.

The cleanliness of our room was much appreciated! Areas for improvement are general care / upkeep such as repair toilet paper dispenser falling off of the wall, repair the bath bench to raise and lower safely, repair the broken port for charging in the night stand, provide remote with a back to contain the batteries, and update or replace black out blinds that are beginning to crack or have small chunks out of them. Last, but most important the mattresses are terrible - they have a rise in the middle and slope down so that you feel like you're rolling out of bed and feel like an old spring mattress with little cushion. I want to love this hotel, but it needs some TLC to feel that you are getting what you paid for - rather than a budget motel stay. None of what we noted should be a surprise to staff as we didn't have to go "looking" for things wrong - it just naturally occurred through our stay. It could be my first choice for staying in the area given some care and updating, otherwise it could be on a slippery slope that will be difficult to recover from. It is in a convenient area of Hilliard and the common areas of the hotel are nice and reflect the image they seem to want to portray.

I had never heard of this hotel, but found it when I was going to the Irish festival in Dublin. It was such a nice hotel, and the staff was amazing. I believe his name was Scott Blevins checked us in, he was so pleasant and gave great conversation. It was nice that breakfast was grab and go and that it was close to everything. They had a little market inside of snacks, very clean, comfortable bed… great place to stay.

We stayed here in the past but never again. The shower wall had hair on it which leads me to believe the shower was not cleaned, our shade had a big red stain wasn’t sure if it was juice or blood and the breakers disappointing. No juice machine was empty, no muffins or bagels , they had jimmy dean breakfast sandwiches which was hard.
