The Avid Hotel is in a great location, close to many restaurant and easy access on and off nearby highways. The staff is very nice and the rooms are clean. We found the beds comfortable and it was quiet in the room.

Trouble with room

The initial room that I reserved was occupied by someone else when I used the provided key to enter the room. I observed the lights on, beds totally messed up, and someone else's personal items left all over the room. The attendant on duty was completely unaware of the room not being empty and had no idea who was using the room since my name was the one it was checked out to. She was able to find us another room that was handicap accessible on another floor.
Also, when we went to heat our food, there was no microwave in the room, so we had to take all our food downstairs to the lobby. There was also no ice bucket in the room, so we had to use a bowl from the lobby to get ice for our drinks. The hot breakfast consisted of oatmeal or sausage, egg, and cheese biscuits that looked like they had been pulled out of the freezer and heated up. There was no milk available.

Hotel quality has gotten worse

This used to be our favorite hotel when we visited Lexington. On this visit, the pantry items were sorely lacking. My granddaughters love to go there and pick out some ice cream and they no longer have ice cream or very many snacks at all. The breakfast was also very pared down. There was not hot chocolate or black tea and no milk for the cereal. The hotel lobby floor was filthy upon our arrival and there was a mop bucket there, but it was clearly not being used. Will reconsider which hotel to stay at next time we visited Lexington.

솔직히, 잘 지냈어요.호텔에 대해 생각할 필요가 없었어요. 새 호텔이라 신선하고 깨끗했어요. 자면서 차를 충전할 수 있었어요. TV는 훌륭했고 전화기를 연결할 수 있는 수많은 콘센트가 있었습니다. 강한 소나기와 상쾌한 물. 이 곳에서는 단 한 번의 딸꾹질도 하지 않습니다

아비드 브랜드 호텔을 처음 이용해 봤는데 매우 인상적이었습니다. 심플하지만 깨끗한 숙박 시설, 매우 친절한 직원, 멋진 레이아웃의 훌륭한 유럽식 아침 식사. 직원들이 매우 친절하고 도움이 되며 이 지역에는 쇼핑과 레스토랑이 즐비합니다. 우리는 다시 여기에 숙박 것입니다.

남편과 저는 둘 다 렉싱턴에서 의사에게 예약을 했습니다. 이전에 약속을 잡기 위해 다른 호텔에 머물렀던 적이 있고, 계속해서 우리 호텔에 맞는 숙박 시설을 찾아보고 있습니다. 이 호텔은 검색 결과, 흥미롭고 예산 범위 내에서 나타났습니다. 우리는 기분 좋게 놀랐습니다. 내가 검색한 기준은 위치, 가격, 이용후기, 장애인용 욕실, 주차 및 아침 식사였습니다. 객실에 카펫을 깔거나 무거운 창문 처리를 하지 않는 호텔은 알러지가 있고 청소가 더 어려울 수 있으므로 선호합니다. 회의실, 운동 장비 또는 수영장이 필요하지 않습니다. 위에서 언급한 요구 사항을 충족하는 매우 깨끗하고 편안한 그리고 조용한 객실이 필요했습니다. 이보다 더 기쁩니다. 로비의 창문을 잘 청소해야 합니다. :)

Not the worst stay, but wouldn't repeat

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Staff, when we saw them, were nice. Breakfast was extremely disappointing. There was no hot water and when we tried to let staff know about the issue, there was no one to be found.
