Noise suppression between rooms was terrible! I could hear a phone conversation like they were sitting next to me. I’ll never book an Avid hotel again that’s for sure!

Our stay was perfect! The facilities are very clean and front desk staff was among the best I have every encountered, especially Charlotte, who worked evenings! I loved having fresh coffee and juice any time, day or night. Breakfast offerings were wonderful also!

Reasonably priced place to stay in the Boston metro area. 1 mile walk to the T (subway) is a safe neighborhood. Slept great! Self serve hot breakfast was decent. Beer and wine for purchase was great
Service left a lot to be desired.

A clean hotel with great coffee. We stayed 3 nights and had no hot water for 2 nights and room was not made up one of the days.

Every staff member we came into contact with was extremely friendly and helpful. They went over and above in every interaction. They greeted every guest with a genuine smile and when they came in or out of the building. The hotel was clean and in good repair. I would definitely recommend them for anyone.

The hotel was nice. The staff was nice and helpful.The shuttule ran every hr was nice. If you are looking for a nice breakfast food, this is not the place.

Loud traffic could be heard in room all night long. No hot water for shower in morning. Front desk offered no support. Contacted manager, no response.

Hotel has a complimentary airport shuttle every hour. The hotel is new and very clean. The staff was very professional and friendly. There were many breakfast selections. Excellent stay at this hotel.

We returned to the hotel for the 3rd time as we have loved our previous stays! The staff are super helpful and friendly. Provided breakfast is wonderful with lots of options and the 24/7 water and hot drinks bar was ideal for that middle of the night thirst. Beds are extremely comfy and the cleanliness of the room is 10/10.
Unfortunately our key card stopped working 3 times after one use and we had to get this reactivated. We had four guests in the room yet only 2 towels where provided each day but the staff where happy to provide extra at reception.
We were annoyed to see our door had been left open by the maid all day upon returning at 10pm. Whilst nothing was taken, it was extremely poor for this to happen.

Front desk staff very helpful with shuttle as well as getting us on bus/subway system. Clean rooms, good breakfast. Access to airport and public transportation which. Highly recommend

When we landed and called the shuttle, they were there super fast. The right to the hotel was quick. The stap at the front desk was kind and courteous. They gave his recommendations on things we should do while we were in Boston. They made check in super easy. Breakfast was really good.They had a lot of options, and I have a lot of dietary restrictions.So I was super pleased with the amount of food I was actually able to eat. The rope was clean and beautiful. The view was amazing. My mom and I were very happy and would definitely stay again!

Excellent place for staying with family. Staff are very friendly, outstanding rooms, and the breakfast was awesome due to the quality and the variety of food. Very convenient airport shuttle.
If you like to use public transportation you can move through the whole Boston using buses and/or the metro system. Bus stops are three blocks away from the hotel.
