제가 만난 사람들은 모두 매우 무뚝뚝한 사람들이었습니다. 더 좋은 표현이 없었습니다. 우리를 체크인했던 그 여성은 매우 말랐고 거기에 있고 싶지 않은 것 같았습니다. 우리가 체크인한 후 낮잠을 잤는데, 직원 한 사람이 노크도, 인사도 하지 않고 객실로 들어왔습니다. 그 날 저녁, 나는 음료수 두어 개(선택의 여지가 없었.. 파워에이드, 콜라, 다이어트 콜라 등)와 수건 한 세트를 구입하기 위해 프런트 데스크에 갔고, 그 사람이 테라스에서 올 때까지 기다려야 했다. 그는 전화기를 들고 전자레인지에 몸을 웅크리고 있었습니다. 방도 시원하지 않아 잠을 잘 못 잤습니다. 샤워실에 흠집이 몇 개 있어 더러워 보였습니다. 전반적으로 괜찮은 숙박이었어요. 다시 이용하고 싶지는 않을 것 같아요.

Very bad experience

We had a terrible experience at this hotel. Bed had bugs, many red and yellow stains. Toilet was missing tissue. Refrigerator was not working that ruined our food we just bought before check in. Very loud noise from outside. Breakfast foods were mostly expired mainly yogurt. This was very bad experience, and we could not sleep at all.

Dirty but good location

The location of this hotel is great, but our room was dirty. The bathroom had little black hairs all over the floor and in the shower. Our beds had crumbs in them. I went downstairs and spoke with management, but there was nothing he could do, he did not have any housekeeping on staff. He offered to comp me 1000 points to my account and so far I have not received any points.

I think when a person makes a reservation and has a confirmation with it on it that it should be like it stated. When I checked in for a handicap room on the first floor with a shower chair, I was told there was only one room on the first floor and it was taken. I made this reservation six months in advance.

We stayed here for four nights. It was a disappointing stay. The room was tiny. Not even a closet, only hangers. Water pressure in the shower was weak. Breakfast was subpar, only one hot item choice. We only had our room cleaned two nights out of four even though there's daily housekeeping. The smoke detector was flashing our whole stay which was very annoying. There are better hotel choices in this area. Would not return or recommend.

Impressive staff. Helpful. Friendly. ALL SHIFTS.

Easy check-in and checkout. Great selection for a fast healthy breakfast before getting on the road for home.

If you intend on using your room stay for relaxation and amenities, don’t, that’s the point of this hotel. Spend more money for better quality. Beds are hard. The rooms have horrible acoustics. Echo so so bad. Not spectrum friendly in the least. Don’t bother with trying to hear the tv over the loud HVAC I couldn’t even turn off, in EITHER ROOM I stayed in on recent trip. I was moved to another room after discovering the unit in my room wasn’t even operational. They were aware of it, insisted on maintenance working in my room WHILE I WAS GONE to replace unit. Unacceptable. Unprofessional. I demanded another room. They put me in a handicap room on the 3rd floor. This unit wouldn’t shut off no matter what I set the thermostat on. It’s SO LOUD IN THESE ROOMS. no carpet. I never saw more than 10 vehicles in the parking area. EVER. Unclear on why the room availability was so poor and the choices were poorer.
The hotel is very clean. I’ll give them that. But it is not a comfortable stay. Front staff was very friendly, however.. they could only do so much with what they had to work with.

We are loyal to the Holiday Inn Express brand but we were looking for something less expensive since we were only spending 1 night while visiting Graceland on our way to Orlando. I was a little skeptical due to the price point, but I trusted the IHG brand. We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived. Such a nice, clean, and modern hotel! EXTREMELY CLEAN!! Room was perfect! Loved the DOVE brand products in the room and the shower was so nice! I’m telling you….it’s AVID for us from now on! I also want to put a shout out to Marcus at the front desk. It’s nice to have someone at the front desk with a friendly attitude and personality greeting guests. It made a wonderful first impression! Thank you Avid for a wonderful first stay of many!

The staff of this hotel, particularly Marcus and Shirley, are wonderful and make you feel at home. They took care of me and the entire staff was very helpful and welcoming. The room I had was very quiet and I felt comfortable and safe. The bed was comfortable and the location was fantastic. The breakfast choices were perfect for me. I highly recommend this hotel!
