Great Room, Poor Communication and Service

The room itself was very clean and comfortable, and the overall facility was well-kept. However, I had a frustrating experience on the morning of June 24th regarding airport transportation. I had confirmed with the front desk the night before that I’d be taking the shuttle to the Guadalajara airport. The next morning, not only was there no shuttle, but a staff member laughed and told me I was wrong—that the shuttle doesn’t even run on Tuesdays. I had to scramble to order an Uber last minute, which was stressful and could have made me miss my flight. I sent a complaint email afterward and never received a response, which further showed a lack of professionalism and care. The stay had potential, but communication and service really need improvement.

No shuttle, packaged food.

The staff and rooms are excellent. I really enjoyed the breakfast that was served. The area surrounding the hotel is a bit rough but other than that it's a great hotel

Desde el momento de mi llegada, el trato recibido fue excelente por parte de todo el personal, especialmente por Luis de recepción, quien se mostró muy atento y amable, lo que hizo que mi experiencia fuera aún más agradable. La atención al cliente realmente marcó la diferencia durante mi estancia en Guadalajara. El hotel es un lugar que hizo que mi estadía fuera muy placentera. Las instalaciones, la limpieza impecable y el desayuno muy bueno. Sin duda, mi experiencia en Avid fue muy positiva. Gracias a este nivel de servicio, sin lugar a dudas me volvería a hospedar con ustedes en el futuro.
