Rooms were great, staff was great, hotel was beautiful - aesthetic; location was great, water pressure was not too good, one bed was slumped in a little. My sister kept sliding down into that slump resulting in some sleep impediment. Still a great hotel!

I have stayed at Avid hotels in two states and I have had a great experience each time. Very clean! Employees are pleasant and helpful, everything works, good water pressure in the shower, and quiet.

Clean hotel, and nice staff. Breakfast was good. Shower pressure was not good, but other than that, a great experience.

I checked in on a Sunday night because I had surgery at 5:00 am the next morning. Money is tight so I found a hotel with good ratings that was reasonably priced. When I checked in I used my discover card to pay for the room and had a $100 bill to pay for the deposit. I did not have the extra $100 on my discover card or in my checking acct. This hotel refused to let me use cash for the deposit and gave me 2 options. Pay the $100 by card or find another hotel. It was already midnight and I was exhausted so I had to use my checking bank card and overdraw my checking account for the $100 and that cost me an additional $27 overdraft fee thru my bank. Then I was told it would only be a pending charge and would drop off in 2-4 business days. We are on day 5 and it is still in pending status which is holding that $100 out of my account until it drops off. I called my bank and they said it is up to the hotel when they release it and the bank can’t do anything until the hotel credits it back. So because of this hassle I won’t be staying with Avid hotel again.

It is very basic. No closet, you hang your clothes on hooks. No drawers, you will live out of your suitcase. No tub only a shower. Toiletries are dove in pump bottles. Breakfast is ready to eat, not made on-site. You will need to like Jimmy Dean. It is close to restaurants.

Good place to stay and safe clean would have liked for someone to check make sure we was good after the plug started smoking and popping and when I hurt my leg due to a company truck in the parking lot staff said they could not locate who the car ruck belong to due to the company was registered under the company name in the computer

Checking into the hotel was a cinch and the night manager was extremely helpful and courteous. However, the next day when I ask the female manager on duty to switch rooms because I did not like the location of my room, she rolled her eyes, and proceeded to tell me they were fully booked when the night manager had told me a lot of guests would be checking out that afternoon. I just feel strongly that she did not want to do her job. But what I did notice was every time I walked past the counter and she was working, she was always on her phone. The coffee station was neglected on several occasions they needed to empty the grounds and if the managers on duty actually cared about their facilities, they should walk around and check that stuff on their own. The fitness room temperature was way too high should not be 72° in there, especially with that being the sun side of the building. As for my room, I cannot understand why a room would not have a closet. There was nowhere to put my undergarments, there was nowhere to put my suitcase, shoes, hardly anywhere to hang anything. All in all it was a very unfunctional room. The matter was lumpy and squishy, and the pillows sucked. As for the Wi-Fi, I had to connect every time I wanted to get on the Internet. And for the TV I would I would turn it on hit the Guide find something I would want to watch. It would never come on I would have to turn the TV off wait and then turn it back on find what it is that I wanted to watch and then it came on That was an annoying nuance.The only great thing about that hotel was the housekeeping staff. They were truly wonderful.

Very clean,new hotel. Just remember to look at address. We had to drop off family member at one and stay at the other because we were unknowingly booked at the other.

Arrived to the hotel and waited over 5 minutes for someone to help us. Rod was the one who helped us and i had to call the store 5 times and i holler and say hello and finally Rod came out. He had an AirPod in his ear and was not even apologetic. Very displeased with services when I leave I ask for a paper receipt and the lady was super rude about telling me it will be in my email and I can print it out.

The hotels staff had great customer service. It also had great amenities and the location was amazing. We were less than eight minutes from the gaming center. It was also in a great location for eateries.
