Great Customer Service & Comfort

At check-in Stephen took great care of us. He was awesome! Hubby just kept complimenting the young man. He was so helpful and mannerable. The hotel is nice and clean. Smells so good through the hallways. Love that there's no carpet in the room, beds were comfortable. At check-out James took great care of us also. Hubby again expressed to him about Stephen's great customer service and hospitality. Breakfast was good as well. Will stay again

I had the best experience at this hotel. The staff are really friendly, the rooms are modern & really clean. The breakfast was delicious. I would highly recommend staying here if you’re ever in Tuscaloosa.
Great Lobby and Breakfast, But overpriced

If this was an $80 a night hotel - I'd be totally fine. But I paid almost $150 for a room with 2 queen beds. My bathroom was dirty - globs of green soap or something caked on, and floor wasn't clean. Only one elevator was working for the whole hotel, and the lobby was beautiful, but smelled SO bad. Breakfast was great - that was the most redeeming thing about it, otherwise I would have been completely disappointed instead of just mildly disappointed. Overall - I feel like I paid way too much for the overall quality and what I thought I was getting.

Ease of Check in and Check out are great. Staff taking care of you all the way. Everyone you talk with is positive and willing to help. No Grouches here. Breakfast was very good and not a grab and go for sure. Room was Clean and nothing that stood out. No security worries as far as loitering or smells to indicate other activity. very well lit halls and parking area. Food/ Snacks are readily available at all times. Coffee was very good.

Hotel was conveniently located near the interstate and plenty of local food chains. The room was clean, with a comfortable bed and an amazing shower!

One mean, inappropriate, rude, threatening, frankly nasty woman ruined the whole experience. For the money it's a fine hotel outside of the front desk employee named Tanya and the lack of a supervisor.
