Location of motel was perfect. Staff was great. Breakfast was more than sufficient and very helpful.
I would recommend this motel to anyone traveling in this area.

Overall, this day was nice. The room was clean.Tub needs to be updated. But what really got us was on the website it said pool was open.The pool was closed due to renovation, which it will be nice, but that is the reason why we selected the el dorado location was due to a pool. The clerk did take $10 off. We did have to pay extra at the YM. C a to use the pool, but overall, this day was okay.We got to meet up with our good friends and hang out.

I have stayed at this property several times for a yearly function in Butler County Kansas. The staff is excellent and eager to help with anything.

As fans of IHG hotels in general, we keep hoping to see some improvement. At this place, it Han't happened for us yet in at least 5 years of staying here twice a year. Floors look unclean everywhere, especially the elevator. At breakfast there was no milk of any strength, and no yogurt. I asked a staff member if there was any the day before or likely to be the next day and they weren't sure. I'll post a picture of the elevator floor about 10am Monday. It was the same the prior evening.

Discriminated and kicked out for false accusations.

On the second night a knock at the door at 12:30pm. We were told they found paraphernalia, which there was none. I was told they entered the room and searched through my things, which is illegal. When i asked for further explanation they said they would call the cops. They charged my card at check in and i was not refunded for the other nights we were not able to stay.

We were in the area for business. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. All the staff was friendly and took great care in their jobs. When we checked in we discovered that the TV had a problem with the cable system. Gilbert the desk clerk checked several rooms for their TV reception. When we returned from dinner, he had found a room on the same floor that was good. We got moved and settled in. He continued to inquire how our stay was throughout the week. Rachel the manager was on top of things and was running an efficient facility. When I went to check out there was a terrible wind storm. The staff reassured me that if I need help loading to please don't hesitate to ask. I am one who usually does things on my own but when I took my cart our to load I realized I couldn't to it on my own. I came in and found Warren the maintenance guy just about to sit down for his lunch. He did't hesitate to help me with holding the cart and my car doors in the heavy wind while I loaded the car. I want to say Thank you to all for making our stay so pleasant and helping us out when needed. We will definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

The pool was closed and completely out of hot breakfast at 8 am while the staff sat down to eat. I would recommend staying anywhere but here unless all you need is a bed for the night.

Personel był świetny. Bardzo serdeczny i uprzejmy. Wystąpił problem z niedziałającą windą i ograniczoną przestrzenią na pierwszym piętrze. Mój mąż jest po operacji i nie może chodzić po schodach. Recepcja znalazła rozwiązanie i zaprowadziła nas na 1piętro. Jedyny inny zarzut to to, że łóżko nie było świetne.

Winda była niesprawna i według opinii 1 sprzed (0) nie działała co najmniej rok. Toaleta w naszej łazience miała suchy kał po wewnętrznej stronie muszli klozetowej. basen był nieczynny od tak dawna, że po wodzie unosiły się stojące bąbelki wody. Niesprawna obiekty; udogodnienia . Nie działały maszyny do lodu.

Hotel i personel były świetne. Jedynym problemem było to, że prysznic w ogóle nie spływał. Nie poinformowalibyśmy o tym personelu, ale wyszliśmy za wcześnie i nikogo nie było w recepcji.
