I was put up on a room which was full of smoking smell and I asked to put some air cleaning machine - but it did not happen . It was so bad that , I could not sleep the first day

I feel Crown Plaza Mayur Vihar as my second home.. The comfort n ambience is amazing. The staff are amazing and very friendly n professional… I would like to commend Ms. Shreya n Mr. Ankit from Front office who made our stay so wonderful… Cannot ask for more… Hats off for making our stay a splendid one…

From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and well taken care of. The hotel's attention to detail was evident in every aspect of my stay. I particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast, the comfortable bed. I will definitely be recommending your hotel to others

This place is now my families "Home Away From Home" with the kind of service and hospitality they do for their guests. The Warmth shown by Mr. Devender was fantabulous, He made sure of my entire being taken care and leaving no stones unturned to make them feel welcomed. The restaurant was another place offering variety of options for breakfast that made the morning more delightful whilst my family stayed at The Crown Plaza Mayur Vihar. While Chef Prem came himself and served scrumptious delicacies to my family, which was really very nice of him. Made sure that every small detailing was looked into as my children were also dinning. The hygiene and sanitation of the entire place is immaculate. Overall Loved the Experience....Thank you and Highly Recommended.

Dobry pobyt. Podobał mi się. Lokalizacja jest w pobliżu stacji metra, jednak w pobliżu nallah ma trochę zły sens. Urozmaicenie w żywności , zwłaszcza w kategorii Wege, może wzrosnąć.
