I've stayed here several times and have always been greeted by front desk staff with a welcoming smile acknowledging my Rewards Member status. Check in is easy. Rooms have always been clean, including the bathroom. Plenty of good quality towels. GM Luis Hernandez definitely has a great personality and that is reflected in all of the staff.

The hotel is in a great location everything you need such as restaurants are close by. The coast is only 45 minutes away and it’s worth the trip very beautiful scenic drive.

The staff beginning with the manager, was very accommodating and helpful. Very thoughtful as well. The room was definitely way more than what I expected for the price that I paid. Would love to come back anytime, highly recommend.

I had an excellent stay. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. My check in and check out went very smoothly. I had a great night's sleep. Woke up refreshed and had an excellent breakfast. The location is conveniently near the freeway but I wasn't disturbed by any traffic noise.

The Hotel is in a good location, wide spaces for our traveling purposes, clean and neat, staff is helpful and nice, and the facilities are well taken care, good conditions in a safe area.

I moved to this property (Santa Rosa North) after my original booking with another vendor/property "didn't work-out." The crew at the front desk was immediately warm and welcoming, not just at check-in, but through-out my visit.
The rooms are very clean and beds super comfortable.
The breakfast spread, while fairly standard with scrambled eggs, sausage patties, a pancake grill/conveyor, variety of cereals, fruit and juices.

The staff was fantastic and we had a wonderful time. The food and service was fantastic too. Everyone made sure we were well taken care of and concerned for us . If I ever get back to this area I would come back here . The prime rib was excellent.
Renovated hotel

Our stay was fair and mid level comfortable. I would like to acknowledge this hotel is renovated, there were minor broken items, room was not entirely clean leftover hair in shower and floor, rusted mini fridge unit, broken parts on sink, the bed was hard and uncomfortable, the room was so small the cooling unit fan blew air on to the person sleeping closest to the window. Not a lot of space. Elevator is very small and some of staff used it very often during the day we were there. Not as friendly as other stays we have been in.

We have stayed at the Santa Rosa, CA North HIE many times over the last few years. We travel there due to medical reasons. We have always been treated well by the entire staff & we appreciate the many upgrades they have made to the Inn, such as super exterior lighting that makes us feel safe.

We had to be in Santa Rosa for serious medical treatment. General Manager Luis Hernandez & his entire staff made our 2-night stay very comfortable. They accommodated us in every way & I can’t thank Luis & his staff enough!

The hotel was in a convenient location with easy access to the freeway. It was close to our appointment. We usually try to stay at a Holiday Inn Express as they are consistent in their quality. Even though this particular hotel is somewhat off the main path of tourist places it still provided a wonderful and pleasant experience.
