Fire alarm prank at 3 am

Not the best experience. Way too many large groups, teams. People drinking in the parking lot, kids running around the halls, unsupervised kids up and down the elevators, loud families in neighboring rooms. Someone pulled the fire alarm at 3 am., kids panicked. Staff gave zero context, no information at all.

We chose this hotel to celebrate my daughter 15 birthday and also to the photo section, and it was on Mother's Day weekend, so in my experience , I had my expectations overcame with excellent customer service, breakfast, and pool area.
There’s No Place Like Home; but this is very close!

The stay here is quite a unique experience. There a many places with great facilities; but here the people are the difference! It’s a great team that makes you feel relaxed and at home. I can’t express how much that means to me. That’s why I keep coming back, and recommending this hotel.

This place never disappoints. It’s clean and well kept, staff are friendly and knowledgeable, the rooms have always had fresh clean linens and rooms are clean. Location is convenient to near by shopping and dinning.

My husband and I enjoyed this location for a birthday staycation. The overall quality of our experience far exceeded the price. Ms. Mavis, the hostess for the restaurant on property made my husband's birthday very special.
Don’t expect a Crown experience

Girl that checked us in was very short with us, no personality at all, did not seem happy. As a Diamond Elite I asked if there was a room upgrade available and she told me the hotel was full all week. Found out that was not true, I think she was just lazy.
Room was just ok, cold shower on the first morning. Talked to the front desk and got hot water until Friday, the hotel lost power Thursday night so another cold shower Friday morning. There was a generator but it didn’t function.
Breakfast is $14.00. Expect the same meal you get for free at a Holiday Inn Express, running powdered eggs and over cooked sausage. Not worth the cost. Overall, I expect a little more from a Crown Plaza, this really doesn’t deliver, they try with the water with the fruit in it and the nice lobby but that’s lipstick on a pig. Next time I’ll stay at a Holiday Inn, save the money and treated better.

The hotel has a great location, nice rooms and bed. However, I had to take nothing but cold showers my entire stay. It made my stay not ideal.

I recently stayed at the Crowne Plaza and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The staff was exceptionally welcoming and professional, making check-in smooth and efficient. My room was spotless, well-appointed, and featured a very comfortable bed—perfect for a good night's rest.
One of the highlights of my stay was the on-site restaurant. The food was delicious, and the service attentive without being intrusive. I also appreciated the hotel's amenities, including the fitness center and business lounge, which made it easy to balance work and relaxation.
The location was convenient, with easy access to local attractions and transportation. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, I would highly recommend the Crowne Plaza for its comfort, quality service, and overall value.

After stay in this hotel and utilized the room internet available I am having several problems with my internet accounts with logins attempts from USA trying to access my accounts. Crowne Plaza, your internet is being hacked. You need to elevate the safety guards for the users.

I arrived late in the evening and was still able to check in quickly and grab dinner at the restaurant! I was hoping for Sushi but the hostess didn’t eat fish, so I opted to dine in

Every time we visit the Crowne Plaza we have a wonderful time - from the amazing staff to the comfortable beds with super fluffy pillows, we always enjoy our stay! This time around we even had the chance to try the restaurant and bar and I must say, they both exceeded our expectations with amazing service and absolutely delectable food!
