This hotel was absolutely fantastic! Max C. and the rest of the staff were great. Max was super helpful assisting with the computer and answering all of our questions regarding the hotel, Spokane, and Gonzaga University. As someone new to Spokane, my spouse and I felt welcomed instantly. We truly appreciated the accommodations.

We have stayed at the Holiday Inn Express downtown for the last several years when we are in town for Bloomsday. It is one of our favorites and has always been a good experience. The hotel is very good, and the staff is among the best we have known anywhere.

The hotel was well kept and clean. The breakfast was tasteful with different varieties. The staff was friendly and caring to the guests. We would not mind staying at this hotel again when we travel back to Spokane.

Christina was wonderful at the front desk. She took interest on why we were there. Ester left us a beautiful bunny towel on the bed. Loved the fact that they had makeup remover wipes!!!! Love the fact that they have full bottles of shampoo, conditioner, body washes, lotion and hand soap.

I usually stay there for my dog's eye specialist appointment. The hotel has many amenities, is always very clean, and the staff is friendly helpful and courteous. I love staying there, the rooms are very clean, the beds are really comfortable and the complimentary breakfast is huge! Not to mention, they always have a complimentary food selection in the late afternoon hosted by the manager of the hotel. It is a wonderful place to stay!

We truly enjoy our stays at the downtown Spokane location. Staff, from the front desk to housekeeping, are all very helpful. We travel with our dog. The pet friendly rooms are clean and comfortable, with sliding doors to the outside grassy area. A chair on the "patio" is a nice place to relax while Fido enjoys the fresh air. Breakfast selection is great, evening reception is appreciated, and evening cookies are Yum! Can be a bit noisy when the traffic decides to show off their loud mufflers/motors (not something the hotel can control).

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The ambience of the hotel was amazing and it was located near the town center - riverfront park. The room, bed, pillow, bathroom and towels are so clean. I had a peaceful stay with my family.

The hotel was beautiful and well maintained. The location was convenient to downtown Spokane, and the staff was helpful and friendly. My wife and I spent the evening playing a game together in the spacious, vault-ceilinged lobby, and our day walking the riverfront and downtown.
Comfortable bed and room, quiet, good location, easy parking.

Another fine stay at this property. Friendly staff (though they staff light for main check-in and check-out times, causing a wait). Good clean facilities, and easy parking. Would not hesitate to stay again or recommend.

We began our stay on April 4th! We were staying in Spokane for my youngest daughters dance competition but it was also my oldest daughters 25th birthday! So I put together a very small birthday party for her in the lobby complete with a Target theme. The staff was wonderful and kept checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. They even brought over a small gift for my daughter. As we were cleaning up they offered to store our left over cake until we departed. They were wonderful! The hotel was packed with high school students that kept them on their toes for sure, but they never lost their smiles or amazing attitudes. I watched them make sure every single guest had whatever they needed from napkins or moving trashcans so that the high school kids could easily clean up after themselves. Seriously, they were the best! Thanks Ladies!
