Cable/TV was out all night

Very disappointed that the cable was out all night. Called the front desk and they said they were working on it and couldn't do much.

Excellent room, but the noise from the interstate was a bit overwhelming. It is a high-traffic area at all hours. It wasn't too bad, but big trucks and people failing to stay in their lane made the rumble strips a constant. I wish I had brought a fan, but next time I'll make sure I book a room on the west side of the building. Other than that, all was great.

This place is always so clean! The rooms are like apartments. Everything you'll need is in the room! It's just a perfect place to stay

This place is conveniently located and so quiet and clean. Very homelike atmosphere. Would definitely recommend this place to stay if ever in the area.

This hotel is nowhere near the standard I see at other Staybridge hotels. Did not meet my expectations; will not stay here again. Shower faucet had no stop, could spin in either direction. Shower curtain is too high, allows water to hit floor. Towels are old and frayed. Breakfast was limited. Manager's nightly special was re-served next day, with very limited options. Serving chopped pork 2x, yet don't even have BBQ Sauce. Looked like relatives of employee were all hanging out at the drink/food area. Hotel is dated, hallway floors are dirty. I always liked Staybridge, but this one is terrible compared to the high standards all others have. Managers don't even look professional. Very disappointed.

Really enjoyed the room layout and comfy bed. The location was perfect for all my weekend activities. Hotel was very clean as well.
