The hotel was lovely….just a couple things needs attention. The charge ports by the bed only worked on one side. The heat was on in the room when we arrived during September in AZ….it took it a bit to cool down. There were only 3 small pillows for a king size bed. Overall we had a very nice time.

For sure, Staybridge is the top pick, especially if you're staying for a while. Being able to cook for yourself is a huge plus and saves a lot of money! The staff at the front desk are super friendly and welcoming, and they're always ready to help with great advice. A big thank you to the whole team!
Also, the kitchenware and supplies were all there and quite clean. The bed was really comfortable, not too hard and not too soft. My only minor issue was that the pillows were a little on the soft side for me, but that's about it. There's honestly almost nothing to complain about!

Here is a formal complaint to the members of IHG Chain of hotels. I booked a hotel using reward points and ended up being charged 500$ without me knowing. Thanks for making my vacation great! Not!

One of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Wonderful, friendly staff, very accommodating Breakfast choices were good, bed was comfortable and room was clean. I would stay here again without hesitation

I had a great experience at the Staybridge Suites Scottsdale Talking Stick. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped, which made for a very comfortable stay. I especially appreciated the full kitchen and the quiet atmosphere. The front desk staff were welcoming and helpful throughout my visit. Breakfast had a good variety, and the location is perfect—close to restaurants, shopping, and the casino. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and I would definitely return.

This hotel is very nice and clean. Close to shopping and fun activities. Cedric who was working the front desk was amazing and always greeted us with a smile. Definitely staying here again.
