This hotel needs renovations ASAP! The room we stayed in was OLD. The balcony was locked the windows were nasty and a dog barked all night on our floor.

to start off with the closed down the entrance to the Staybridge to save money on labor, so you have to drive around the block to the Crown Plaza entrance. Valet parking is $50 a night, $14 higher than self park two blocks away, the valet person stunk of smoking pot . I asked dates front desk clerk, who spoke really bad english, about a diet coke, the market place was right there and the two refrigerators labeled coca cola didn't have a single coke soda product in it. If you look out the front entrance you are looking at the world headquarters of coca cola, then I went to the bar and the young fellow behind the bar smelled even worse of having smoked pot, and he told me he didn't have any diet coke on his bar soda gun. The rooms especially the entrance to the room with ripped carpet and a really banged up door so overall when you add in $50 a night for parking and the staff working at this hotel I would strongly suggest you stay as far away from the property as possible

Cleaniness

I usually prefer Staybridge because of cleanliness, pleasant experiences, support, etc. But unfortunately, this time, its very horrible hotel room is not cleaned properly, and I am so disappointed with the service. Hope this will be changed, and take this as positive feedback. I usually prefer Staybridge because of its cleanliness, pleasant experience, and helpful staff. However, during my recent stay, I was very disappointed with my hotel room, as it was not cleaned properly. I hope this feedback is taken positively and that improvements are made for future guests.

Comfortable bed, good value for the suite

Me and my children enjoyed our stay at the hotel. My only concern was getting a room on the 22nd floor to find someone else’s belongings in the room. I had to go to the front desk and report the concern. I then received a room on the 21st floor. I was a little exhausted and could have done without the having to go back to the front desk. My sink in the room was a little dirty and my children found candy paper on the couch. Other than 3 mentioned concerns such as the room change, dirty sink, and candy paper in the room, the stay was pretty interesting. We enjoyed the breakfast and I will definitely return for another stay!

So so hotel in Midtown ATL. Need better service, more amenities, and breakfast quality. Towels with stains and dirty carpets. Front desk rarely answered when I called and took them a couple of hours to bring us fresh set of towels...

Needs new mgmt and additional staff

Room wasn’t ready upon arrival so they downgraded us. No bedding for couch or pillows and extra towels until after 11pm which was now required since they moved us to one bed with four people. Towels were moldy. Sirens constantly. Couldn’t charge sundry items to room. Charged for both valet and self parking. Stay somewhere else is my recommendation.

My home away from home in Atlanta.

I recently had an extended stay at the Staybridge Suites in Atlanta, and I can honestly say it felt less like a hotel and more like my own personal apartment in the city. From the moment I walked in, the stress of travel just melted away.

The standout feature is, without a doubt, the spacious and well-thought-out suites. I had a one-bedroom suite, and it was fantastic. Having a full kitchen (refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher!) allowed me to prepare my own meals, which is a huge money-saver and so convenient. The separate living and sleeping areas meant I could work without being surrounded by my luggage, and the comfortable bed ensured a great night's sleep.

The amenities truly make this place special. The complimentary breakfast is incredible—far beyond the standard continental fare. We're talking scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles, and a great selection of cereals, yogurts, and pastries. It’s the perfect way to start the day. And I can't forget the evening socials (Tuesday-Thursday)! The complimentary light meals and drinks were a wonderful touch and a great opportunity to unwind and meet other guests.

The entire staff deserves a shoutout. Everyone at the front desk was exceptionally friendly and helpful, offering great recommendations for local dining and attractions. The hotel itself is clean, modern, and well-maintained. The outdoor pool and 24-hour fitness center were great bonuses, and the free laundry facilities were a lifesaver during my longer stay.

Location-wise, it was perfectly situated for my needs, with easy access to major highways and plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby.

If you're looking for a place in Atlanta that offers comfort, convenience, and incredible value—whether for a night, a week, or a month—look no further. The Staybridge Suites has earned a loyal customer, and I will absolutely be making this my go-to "home away from home in Atlanta" on all future trips.

False Advertising

This is false advertisement completely. There are 2 hotels in one. You think you are booking with staybridge when it is really Crowne Plaza you are booking with. Our WiFi only worked with Crowne and our Uber confirmed
that we were on the Crowne Plaza side— not Staybridge. The hotel room looks nothing like the picture. The silverware was dirty and the room smelled like wet carpet. You would be better off booking with Laquinta Inn. You would think if you spend so much money it would be better quality but absolutely not.

Second stay was unacceptable compared to my first

I have been an IHG member since 2013. My first stay at this property was excellent, but my most recent stay (confirmation 43418826) was the worst I’ve ever had with IHG. Housekeeping was almost nonexistent — only two towel sets provided for five guests, no follow-up despite repeated requests, and we even ran out of toilet paper on the final day. The breakfast buffet frequently ran out of basics like coffee lids and cutlery, and on the last morning, no silverware at all — just flimsy plastic utensils. The kitchenette was filthy and understocked, with dirty cutlery sitting in black liquid. The foldout couch mattress was ripped, the bathroom sealant mouldy, and paint was peeling. The in-room phone did not connect to the front desk or housekeeping, just a dead line (same problem as last year), meaning every request required going down to the lobby. Staff were generally unhelpful and dismissive. My checkout was delayed by 30 minutes because the front desk claimed their payment system was down. Parking fees were misapplied, my roommate’s debit card could not be processed, and my valid American Express card was incorrectly flagged as declined. I spent 10 minutes on the phone with Amex, who confirmed my card was fine. I left in frustration. Speaking with other guests confirmed these problems are common here.

This property does not reflect IHG standards, and I would not recommend it until significant changes are made.

Frustrating

To say this stay was frustrating would be putting it mildly. Starting off our stay, I had to wait over 3 hours due to the room not being ready. I arrived at the hotel at 3:05pm and was informed the house keeping was working on it and to check back in 15-20 minutes. This then turned into me and multiple other guest waiting by the front desk hoping to hear something. We were the inform at 5:30 that the manger was sent to check on the staff because they were not answering to check on their progress. This lead to no update until our room was finally ready at 6:20pm. We then had reserved a room for 6 people. We found the room only had 2 towels. We asked the following day for more towels to be told repeatedly until the final day of our 4 night stay that they were out.
The room itself what we had come to expect and breakfast selection was good.
It just seemed that the staff was not prepared for the mass influx of guest that the convention brings.

Waited over an hour after check in time to get a room. Assigned wrong room type and refused to adjust to a lower rate despite my reservation being for a better room type. Room not cleaned from prior guests. Missing towels and hairdryer. Nobody aside from front desk and breakfast hostess could speak English. Check out failed due to “system down.” It was a really bad experience over all. I will never be back to this location if at all possible to avoid.
