Holiday Resort was truly the best accommodation we have ever stayed in. Everything was spotless, and I could even see the staff cleaning the tiniest details, such as the gaps between the floorboards and door frames. Drinking water, which you usually have to buy every day in Bali, was provided daily for free, and even when we requested more, the staff were always friendly and accommodating. The bed was also incredibly comfortable.

The most impressive part was that I brought my own filtered shower head and replaced the hotel’s. After two nights, the filter was still completely clean — not a single trace of dirt. This was truly different from other hotels. The breakfast was also fantastic; you could order any menu item and receive the full portion. Since I can’t eat much food with strong spices, I was happy to find options that suited a Korean palate. They were also very attentive to my child’s allergies.

Bali doesn’t have many hotels that allow a family of four, especially with two kids, to stay in one room, but here they welcomed families warmly and were very kind. The only small downside is that the hotel’s policy only allows children up to 12 years old in the same room. I think it would be even better if they allowed up to 16 years old without extra charges, as 16 still feels like a child.

If I had to mention another minor drawback, it would be that there weren’t quite enough sunbeds by the pool. The hotel is not very close to La Brisa, but it is close to Canggu Beach. However, the water at Canggu Beach was very dirty and gave me a rash, so I recommend Kuta Beach instead.

There are convenience stores, shops, and massage parlors right in front of the hotel, which was very convenient, and the staff were always friendly. Honestly, I had to pay a cancellation fee of about 300,000 KRW for another hotel just so I could stay here, which initially made me upset — but Holiday Resort was so wonderful that it completely made up for it. My whole family agreed it was the best place we stayed during our trip.

Another thing we loved was that the air conditioner was installed at floor level, which was perfect for our family with rhinitis, and it was also great for drying our feet after swimming. The terrace got plenty of sunlight, making it perfect for drying swimsuits as well.

In short, this was the best accommodation! Breakfast was amazing, the bed was super comfortable, and the water supply was so clean — we loved everything about it.

Amazing Honeymoon Experience Thanks to Fira

My husband and I spent the last three days of our honeymoon at Holiday Inn Bali Canggu, staying for 2 nights and 3 days. From the moment we checked in, we were warmly welcomed by a staff member named Fira, and she truly made our stay unforgettable.

When I asked for a local Indonesian restaurant recommendation, Fira gave us an excellent suggestion that turned out to be one of the best meals we had in Bali. Every time we passed by the front desk, she greeted us with a smile and asked how we were doing. Her kindness felt very genuine, and it really made us feel at home.

On our last day, we had a late-night flight at 11:50 PM, so we checked out in the afternoon and left our luggage at the hotel while we explored the area. Before heading out for dinner, Fira kindly suggested that we borrow an umbrella from the hotel as it might rain—thanks to her advice, we were at least partially prepared.

After dinner, we returned to the hotel completely soaked from the heavy rain. Fira noticed our condition and immediately offered us towels, which we greatly appreciated. Since we were soaked and uncomfortable, we asked if there was any facility where we could take a quick shower before heading to the airport. Fira arranged for us to use the shower at the hotel’s massage/spa area, and we were so grateful for this unexpected generosity.

Later, when we were trying to get a taxi to the airport, the rain was still pouring down, and it was very difficult to find a ride. We started to panic a bit, but Fira, even though her shift was already over, stayed to help us and tried using her personal phone to book a taxi. Eventually, we spotted a taxi arriving at the hotel, and my husband managed to catch it just in time.

We were deeply touched by Fira’s dedication and kindness. Her helpfulness, even beyond working hours, left a lasting impression on us. Thanks to her, we’ve been recommending your hotel to all our friends who are planning to visit Bali.

Thank you, Fira, for making our honeymoon even more special. We’ll always remember your warm hospitality.

Private but near town and beach. Guardhouse oversees security of the complex and greater us warmly as we left and re- entered. Staff very friendly. Nice stay for our 2 days in Canguu

This hotel was really excellent! The service went above and beyond, especially Febi who brought us out breakfast favorites every morning and event taught us some Indonesian! The staff left us gifts in our room, and really everything was incredible! Highly recommend.
