Has the potential to be a 5 star hotel in the future.
At the moment the guest laundry facility was not available
The breakfast was very poor, frozen yogurt, frozen waffle mix, coolade type orange juice, very limited choice
Amenity points and welcome points not awarded on arrival or departure as promised
Building work started at 6 a.m. Sunday morning even though posters stated would start after 9 a.m
Location was great, local shops and eating places
Staff very friendly
Would return when hotel refurbishment is completed
Not ready for full hotel experience

Stayed here while undergoing renovation. Knew about this before booking but still thought we would give it a go. Checking was good and reception staff wee friendly and inviting. My room was finished to a high standard as you would expect from being newly renovated. I had a small issue with being unable to fully close the window so was disturbed by constant road noise. Breakfast was basic and few items were frozen eg, waffle mix, yogurts. Orange juice was wierd tasting - definitely not fresh orange juice. Ongoing building started much earlier than notices mentioned. I was told at checkin that welcome amenity points would be added at checkout but this never happened. Writing this 4 days after my stay and still outstanding on those welcome points. This hotel has potential to be very good however little things let it down.
