Schickes Hotel entsprechend dem Niu Standard. Freundliches Personal und sehr gutes Frühstück! Tiefgarage mit Doppelpark-System aber mit großzügigen Dimensionen. Wenn man den Weg vom Bahnhof über den Durchgang zu Fuß von der Düsseldorfer Str. aus wählt, bleibt einem auch ein Großteil des Elends des Bahnhofsviertels erspart.

The hotel is new and modern with efficiently designed rooms suitable for rest and sleep. I was really surprised and enjoyed unique features of this Niu: free coffee tea in a common area with really good loose tea being offered; the ability to use a shared refrigerator downstairs; the ability to get ice in the bar on my own. My room was quiet, in spite of the hotel being located in a train station area. Staff were foreign, but professional, helpful and personable. I had a wonderful stay!

I was very happy with everything inside the doors of this hotel. The staff is great, and I mean *great!* Very helpful and friendly. The hotel is immaculate - housecleaning is really on the ball. The breakfast buffet is slightly above average, which means it's good: if most places weren't average, it wouldn't be the average.
Unfortunately, this hotel is one block over from Frankfurt's skid row. There were loud people on the street, and the skid row itself is awful: people sleeping on the sidewalk near feces, apparent drug addicts, sleazy sex shops, and no-tell hotels.
If you're looking for an inexpensive, yet nice, hotel near the train station - and don't mind a rough neighborhood - you've come to the right place. If you're traveling with your family and making Frankfurt your base, book a hotel farther from the train station and accept that you'll spend $20-30 per day in taxis back and forth as the cost of doing business.

I would like to share some feedback regarding my recent arrival experience. While I am generally satisfied with the room and overall facilities, I was quite disappointed with the service at the reception.
I arrived at the hotel around 4:00 PM. Unfortunately, there was no greeting upon my arrival. When I approached the front desk, the receptionist did not acknowledge me with a “hello” or any form of welcome. Instead, he simply stated, “Please wait a moment.”
I waited directly in front of the reception desk, but no one called me to proceed with the check-in. After noticing that other guests were being checked in, I decided to return to the desk. Only then did another staff member assist me with the check-in process.
Regrettably, the lack of basic courtesy and attention made me feel unwelcome.
I believe that a warm and professional reception is essential, particularly as it sets the tone for the rest of the stay.

Really enjoyed my stay! The room was spacious, clean and comfy — exactly what we needed after a very long flight from Asia. Staff were all friendly and accommodating, and check-in was smooth. Location was also a plus —It was very close to Frankfurt Hbf. The area around the hotel felt a bit unsafe, especially at night. There were quite a few people loitering nearby who seemed to be under the influence. I didn’t feel comfortable walking alone. If you’re planning to stay here, just be cautious and aware of your surroundings.
Property and staff were excellent.

Overall our experience was exactly what I wanted and expected. Property is well managed and staff are very attentive. I was escorting 3 young people and at not time did I have any concerns for their safety and comfort.
I strongly recommend any visitor to this property go and visit Dakota. It's and Italian bistro down the block. Food and service were 10 out of 10.

Great staff, nice facilities, clean & comfortable, free coffee all day, so what’s not to like? The surrounding neighborhood with a profusion of homeless drug addicts, at least by appearance. No one bothered us, but we did not feel entirely comfortable walking down certain blocks leading to or from the hotel. Area around the Hauptbahnhoff is undergoing transition & has some pretty rough edges…

Warm, friendly welcome in this modern, comfortable hotel, ideally located for the Hauptbahnhof and so easy to reach other parts of the city.

The rooms look updated but the hotel is in a bad neighborhood. We had to find an alternate route to avoid the homeless and drug deals. It’s also close to the red light district, so be careful walking in the evening. The rooms are also small and difficult to navigate with 2 people and luggage. It was definitely not worth what we paid. They are trying to make the neighborhood better, I hope that happens because it could be a decent hotel. There’s a new pizza place right by the hotel which has amazing food! The hotel referred us there and that was a plus!
Great Location for rail travel

Great location for the railway station although in a not very appealing street.
Breakfast is Ok but very carbo oriented.
Rooms do not have a dest so unsutiable for business purposes unless you are happy to work with you laptop open in the common area on the ground floor.
I will stay again.
A/C did NOT work at all which is a problem during such a hot period but was OK for one night.

Although the property is not a full service one but yet inspite limitations offered very good experience. The staff were very helpful,good food and clean rooms.

I like this hotel because it is very much down town and well located.
But you need to be aware off that it is in the middle of the red light and drug district of Frankfurt. In general this are is very nice and the city goverment is doing all in their power to make this are look better.
