Cleanly hotel but overcharged me account

It has really been a nightmare trying to recoup my money back that was overcharged. I paid double double for 1 night

dirty dishes

Most of the dishes were dirty and in the dishwasher when we arrived. Something was also spilled on the HVAC unit and not cleaned up.

The hotel is in a great location. There was an abundance of parking spaces, and the lot was and well lit. The staff was not attentive to my requests and did not accommodate any of my requests. The elevator made a lot of noise when leaving and arriving at the selected floors.

Never got room service for a week like the whole time I was their wasn't seen once. Theirs a pool displaced on the page but their is no such amenity. Lack of toaster kinda messed up breakfast not going buy a toaster for myself for a week. The toilet wouldn't drain even when we weren't using it had to use plunger the whole trip everyday. But the beds were really comfy and the staff were really friendly my satisfaction with the room itself and cleanliness was concerning but the hotel staff themselves were very kind

We loved our stay. Very clean .super comfortable. Best of all quiet. I'm a light sleeper so it is rare that I get a good night's sleep in a hotel. This hotel room was very quiet we had a great sleep,which made our day more enjoyable.

Staff was great and very friendly. Room was large and bed was comfy. Plenty of lit areas to walk the dog. Would have been nice to have a list of channels for the TV and a list of restaurants (fast food, delivery and eat in).

Unable to sleep at night due to noise

I was unable to sleep two nights due to noise. One night I was awaken at 3:00 am from the room above me. The second night there was a large party outside the back door that lasted until 1:30 am. The area was completely trashed. From loud talking to slamming doors and talking up and down the halls and constantly up and down the elevator. It was totally out of control

Quiet and Peaceful

We were road weary when we arrived and had a great nights sleep. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff (especially the receptionist) was so nice and pleasant. We will stay here again when we come back to Greenville.

Excellent Location and wonderful experience

We only booked this stay for quick layover on way to our hometown. Staff was very welcoming and made sure we knew about everything the hotel offered and the best way to get our luggage to our room. She was extremely apologetic that none of the luggage carts were available for use due to guests possibly hoarding the carts. The facilities and room cleanliness was superb. We had plenty of towels and face cloths. The bed and pillows were very comfy. Super quiet for being close to a busy road. This location was dog friendly and even our fluff ball gave it 5 paws up in confort and cleanliness. Definitely would book again.
