First time stay at Hualuxe and I love it. Chinese style luxury, I liked the design and atmosphere, the lobby and my room. Hotel is very new and clean. Staff are great, professional and courtesy.

Haining Hualuxe Hotel is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed, warm hospitality from all the staff, excellent clean and nice room, great facilities in the health center. Food at the restaurants is good. Great hotel to recommend and looking forward for the next visits.

1.Since I first checked in, the hotel elevator suddenly stopped at floors 8 and 9, posing a significant safety hazard to me.
2.When I got off the vehicle and arrived at the hotel, I had a lot of luggage myself, but there was no concierge to help me and no one to guide me to check in. After checking in, there was no staff at the hotel to direct me to the elevator.
3.The executive lounge of the hotel was not open at the beginning and its location was extremely messy. After the lounge was opened, the menu was extremely monotonous. It is suggested that no rectification be made later
4.The hotel's breakfast, such as noodles, has six kinds on display, but only one is available to choose from. After inquiring, there is only one option left. Even after suggesting rectification, there is still no update. The variety is limited and there are safety issues in the catering department. Many temporary workers are involved, and their service attitude is extremely poor. We have to cook the noodles ourselves
5.The housekeeping lady knocked on my door even after I had hung up the "Do Not Disturb" sign
6.The guests on the same floor with children were very noisy. After reminding the housekeeping department, no service staff came to remind them, and the room was still very noisy

The breakfast buffet was great. New and clean. People smiled and valued us as a guest. The rooms were quiet and comfortable although the bed is a little firm for the typical American. We will book here again.

Good place for staycation

It is my first time to stay in Hualuxe. I am quite satisfied with all stay in experience. The hotel is quite new, although no free upgrade to a suite, the corner room is good enough for single passenger. Lounge was not open, so the after tea and happy hour were set at lobby bar, and all were provided as a set. Very satisfied with food quality. Tried the swimming pool as well, quite big, but water was not very clean. Breakfast was good as well, fresh squeezed juice was provided. Was given a CNY souvenir when checked out. Will definitely come back again for staycation.
