Great location for guests coming from out of state and abroad. Rooms are spotless and staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Used their Business Center for printing out some documents which was a plus. Loved that they offer free breakfast with top notch service provided every morning..
Will definitely come back.

Good example of an Army Hotel

Meets all the requirements to be an Army Hotel, ironically, situated on an Air Force Base. Clean rooms, nice staff, would recommend.

The community televisions in the lobby/breakfast area need changed.
Having FOX NEWS on all televisions is wrong! Fox News settled a giant lawsuit with DOMINION. In court FOX admitted that they are an ENTERTAINMENT channel and not a news channel. They also admitted they report information that pleases their audience.
Having to sit down to eat breakfast and listen to lies and misinformation…wrong.

Very Clean & Comfortable

I have stayed at the McChord AFB hotel quite a lot over the last two years and always get great service, clean rooms, always willing to get me the room I need when requesting a floor change. The Staff are always friendly and professional, room is consistently clean, free wifi, all the rooms have kitchenettes with cooking accessories. It's very safe being located on base as well and very quiet at night. I stay here every time I am in the area.

Superb Staff and Service

Our five-day stay at the Candlewood Suites on Joint Base Lewis-McChord was fantastic! Staff and all amenities were outstanding. Clean and quiet rooms, helpful and friendly staff, and proximity to the base commissary and exchange made for a comfortable and efficient stay. The woman who runs the daily breakfast service was outstanding! Highly recommend this hotel for those wanting to stay at Joint Base Lewis-McChord.

Great front desk customer service! Easy check-in and check-out. Very clean facility with plenty of amenities. The rooms seem very well insulated, as we barely heard anything from the neighbors or from people transiting the hallway.

Conveniently located to on-base facilities and dining. Very well priced for a retiree as well as active duty.

Room was nice, very helpful staff

Overall the room was very nice. Brand new condition and clean. One complaint was bed frame made a squeaking noise every time I shifted position. Would be nice to have operating instructions for the heat/AC thermostat.

Thank you to the staff who made my stay pleasant and comfortable as possible prior to my departure of JBLM. It was very clean, quiet, the staff was very respectful and friendly which makes the atmosphere of the facility welcoming. I greatly appreciate you. I will most definitely recommend my friends and family to your location or establishments as such as yours. In the event I return to JBLM in the future, I most definitely will be staying in your establishment. Thank you again and I look forward to staying with you all in the future.

From start to finish of my stay, I would like to thank and commend the front desk staff and cleaners for their world-class hospitality, friendliness and labors. My room was spotless and comfortable, and in a world of pandemic-related reduced services, it was nice to find a hot breakfast being served every morning. The property is well maintained with plenty of parking and easy access to all base retail outlets, services, etc. at both McChord AFB & Ft Lewis. Quiet and safe a real plus at a great price!
