This review is for a stay I had last year. Unfortunately, the points were never credited to my IHG One Rewards account, despite multiple follow-ups. It’s disappointing, especially since this is not an isolated incident — this year, I’ve also experienced missing nights on my account. Two years in a row with loyalty program issues makes me question the reliability of the system. IHG really needs to improve the consistency and accuracy of its rewards program.
Disappointed with IHG’s Loyalty Program

For the second year in a row, I’ve had issues with IHG’s loyalty program. Last year, several stays were not credited with the corresponding points. This year, although I’ve stayed multiple nights, not all of them have been counted toward my status, and some nights are still missing from my balance. It’s very frustrating, especially for a loyal customer who chooses IHG over other options specifically for the benefits of the loyalty program. I hope IHG takes these recurring issues seriously and improves the accuracy of its system.

As an IHG platinum member, I was upgraded to Business Suite 1719 which was fantastic. The room is spacious overlooking the mountain. Check-in was fast and hassle free - thanks to Seba Alharbi and Faisal.

I stayed at this hotel during Ramadan, and from the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly dedicated, fulfilling every request and going above and beyond. The food during Iftar was outstanding, and the experience truly made me feel like I was at home away from home.

Servicio de limpieza muy lento y con demanda
