Don't count on a wake-up call

The staff was friendly enough when I checked in. The hotel is spacious and clean. The pantry is expensive with no healthy options and the nearest place to grab food is a gas station, or a Subway (which closed at 8pm) and since I was arriving after a full work day that was disappointing. I did not get a wake-up call the next morning which basically ruined my entire day.

Needed a place to stay before early flight

Clean room. Selection of DVDs at front desk to check out. Airport shuttle that runs starting at 4am. Close to airport and easy to get to. Helpful desk clerk. She asked us if we wanted a wake up call and shuttle reservation

I enjoyed my stay from walking in from the rain. Was greeted very nicely and made me feel good about staying there. The hotel was quiet. Great rest and check out was a breeze.

Nice hotel

The hotel is in a good location and near the airport. It is clean and quiet with washers and dryer’s that are free and in good condition. It is slightly outdated but how much time do you stay in your room anyway!?! Day and evening staff are excellent. And night time staff is a little unhappy, but I have learned to accept that from night shift personnel at hotels. Good hotel and I recommend it.

loved the weekend parking and shuttle service to the aiport. Tht was a tremendous advantage and value. Staff experience was great and they were helpful and coureous. Room was a bit dated. Would be a great place to stay if you were needed a place medium to long terrm and were not concerned with creature comforts or modern tech/amenities.

Very close to airport and really friendly staff. Close to downtown and the college. There is a lake and park that is close as well that would be nice during the summer months. Would not recommend the park during the winter!

Okay to stay for airport access

Hotel was okay not my first choice. Needed the shuttle a bit earlier. Rooms were big they weren’t dirty but not that cleanest. Loved the option to leave my vehicle at hotel.

A port in the storm

I got in just as a storm was raging to the north moving south fast. Welcome at check-in was helpful and warm. Room was good and got food in house. Was in for the night and glad. Only downside was a bar of used soap in the shower.

Great rooms with full kitchen

The hotel is conveniently located close to the airport. On some days you may hear the morning airliner traffic taking off, but only on about 30% of days when the takeoff direction is to the west, the rest of the time it is away from the hotel. It is clean and comfortable. I will be staying here for a project again for a month.

Wow what a great staff at this facility - easy to talk too, accommodating, knew the area, willing to do anything to make you feel welcome.

The facility was also clean

Just a pleasant place to stay - will be staying there again in the future.
