Very nice hotel. Great staff and very kindly nothing was too much for them
Clean and nice rooms. Good breakfast and bar.
Go back for sure!
Nice Facilities, Small Rooms

This is a relatively new hotel and no effort was spared and designing the rooms as small as possible. The pictures on the website show relatively spacious rooms. However the first room We got was so small that we literally had no place to put our suitcases. We requested a bigger room which in fact was slightly bigger and we were able to put at least one suitcase on the on the floor and had to put the other one on a shelf intended for something like a computer or other small items. I'm not sure they had bigger rooms.
Finding the place was another issue since there was no indication that this was a Holiday Inn or an IHG hotel. Only the letters nui were shown.
On a more positive note, the staff was very friendly and the the breakfast was very good.
Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Unser zweiter Besuch und mittlerweile scheint alles fertig zu sein.
Die Technik funktioniert sehr gut, das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und sehr bemüht.
Das Frühstück ist ein Traum!

Lage außerhalb des Zentrums von Passau.
Kein Restaurant. Keine Essensmöglichkeiten in der näheren Umgebung.
Fenster im Zimmer nicht zum Öffnen. Zimmer neu, aber relativ klein dagegen

Sehr schönes Hotel , sehr freundlicher Rezeptions Mitarbeiter Enis sowie der Hotel Chefin da eine direkte Lösung gefunden wurde für unsere E bikes .

A very comfortable stay. The hotel is new and clean. The staff go out of the way to be helpful. Public transportation is close by, just across the road.

großes zimmer gebucht, damit ich arbeiten kann, leider stand ein bett vor dem schreibtisch. sehr wenig platz, weniger als in dem kleinen. leider kam nur eine entschuldigung beim auschecken. das ist ein bisschen wenig für den versprochenen komfort des größeren zimmer, der nicht nutzbar war.
