칭다오에 여행가서 3박을 하게 되었습니다.
주요 관광지랑 떨어져있지만, 오히려 로컬의 느낌이 나서 저는 만족스러웠습니다.
밤을 새고 여행을 시작해, 호텔에 도착할 때에는 피곤했는데 얼리체크인 및, 조식이나 라운지의 여부도 물어봐주셔서 감사했습니다.
그 당시에는 피곤해서 거절했는데, 그날 저녁에 생각해보니 서비스로 제공할 의사가 있었던 것 같습니다.
중국의 호텔들은 대체적으로 다른 아시아 국가의 호텔에 비해서 무뚝뚝하고 표정이 없게 느껴질 수 있으며 영어 소통이 어려운 편이라 처음에는 쉽지 않게 느껴질 수 있지만, 그것으로 서비스나 친절도를 평가할 필요는 없을 것 같습니다.
하지만 한가지 단점이 있다면, 룸 청소의 상태는 조금 더 신경 써줬으면 하지만 호텔측에서 저를 챙겨주려는 세심함 덕분에 기분좋게 쉬다 갔고 다음에도 방문하고 싶습니다.

I wasn't sure if my travel money card was working so I turned up a day early to pay for my accommodation and the staff were friendly and helpful and enabled me to pay early for my stay. When I arrived for check in they finished the paper work quickly and efficiently and took me to my room. It was a spacious room with an amazing view of the river park all the way to Expo Park. It felt like just staying at the hotel was a holiday on its own. If I required anything, the staff were always very helpful. There were plenty of restaurants close by, as well as public transports and taxis.

This hotel was suppose to be qiuet new. However there were so many wear and tear on the floor. The floor was clearly broken and it may hurt somebody. The service was really slow I requirest for pillows many times before I could get one. Further more I do understand that it was holiday season there were many cars however the hotel staff did not do a good job at arranging the traffic most of the time they only stood there like statues. As a platinium member I was not serviced at the promised standard. I was not satisfied at all.

The staff who help me check in is very friendly and greet me with warm welcome, the guest room is clean and has a very good city view ，very impressive and attractive ，a good hotel I will recommend to my friends

位置不好，服务差劲，checkin前台秩序很差，会员柜台形同虚设，前台态度很差，酒廊没开。房间隔音很差。

Poor service and training, call me in the CI morning but know nothing about the reservation, impolite and inefficient.
No introduction about the hotel, be imformed the administraion lounge didn't work without any written notification.
Meanwhile, the administration room is still for sale on the website.
The breakfast is totally disaster, no guide, no seat, no serve, even no tableware. Full of customer with poor service and reaction.
The basin in bathroom has many bugs when check in, the mirror lamp is broken, the telephone doesn't work.
The poorest experience in Hualuxe.

This is a brand new intercontinental hotel. Floor-to-ceiling Windows in the room offer beautiful views of the mountains and forests. The hotel service was very good and my stay was a satisfying experience!

It was an enjoyable stay! The hotel is well-equipped and stylish, with a wide range of food and drink with a very local flavour. I was very pleased with the service at the hotel: the manager and receptionist were smiling and welcoming. The level of service on arrival and departure was professional and quick. I would like to express my sincere thanks to the hotel staff who provided the service. As a Diamond member of the InterContinental, I am generally satisfied with the attention and courtesy the hotel extends to its members! One more suggestion: I would like to see a Diamond member nameplate placed on the welcome fruit plate and breakfast counter in the room, as I have seen similar nameplates in previous Crowne Plaza and Holiday Inn Centres.
