I was travelling solo and stayed in the hotel for 1 week, everything was fine, Leo was very helpful and effective in fulfilling all of my requests. The robot-food-delivery service could be improved though, I had to call the reception every time I ordered food from outside.

員工都很好👍房間很大，但早餐質素一般，食物品種不多，質量也一般。行政酒廊可以，環境也很好，小食都足夠。

深圳保安京畿华裔酒店真的让我太喜欢了，房间特别舒服，每次住进去都有一种气场刚刚好的感觉，空调调得也很妙，不会闷也不会冷，刚刚好。最让我惊喜的是他们家的早餐，完全不像有些酒店那种糊弄事儿的自助餐，这里不仅有肉骨茶、还有香缸奶茶，真的特别接地气，让我第一次觉得，原来不吃早餐真的是亏了。健身房设备也蛮齐全的，这次虽然中间有点小问题，但工作人员处理得特别好，态度也让人舒服。唯一的小遗憾就是打网约车的时候，司机有时候找不到酒店门口，可能因为酒店比较新，但这点小问题完全不影响我对这家酒店的喜爱。性价比太高了，我以后去深圳，还是会选他们家。

酒店整体整洁美观，房间舒适温馨，前往机场十分便利。早餐品质上乘，种类丰富。感谢Alan在入住前的贴心协助，海芋及时高效地解决了入住中的小问题，茉莉与盛京在退房时的服务也十分专业，让整个住宿体验更加顺畅愉快。

I had the pleasure of staying at HUALUXE Shenzhen Bao'an, and I must say, the experience exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the Front Office staff, who were exceptionally professional, courteous, and attentive. They made the check-in process smooth and went out of their way to accommodate my needs.

One of the highlights of my stay was the Club Lounge. The team there delivered outstanding service with genuine smiles and attention to detail. Whether it was offering tea, remembering my preferences, or helping with local information, they made me feel truly valued as a guest. The lounge itself is beautifully decorated, with refined touches that reflect traditional Chinese culture in a modern setting.

The overall design and ambiance of the hotel beautifully capture the spirit of China — from the elegant calligraphy in the lobby to the soothing tea elements and traditional motifs throughout the hotel. It truly lives up to the HUALUXE brand's vision of Chinese hospitality.

- Good location, close to Shenzhen airport.
- Helpful service and great view of Shenzhen Bay sunset at the club lounge and swimming pool -- recommend to visit those facilities!


- Bathrobe not easy to find, hide in the closet drawer without any signs outside of the drawer
- Service at the Chinese restaurant Cai Feng Lou can be more proactive.

感觉一般，大堂吧打卡拍照的人太多，占满了大堂，让住店客人在大堂谈事情都没个安静的空间，希望这方面有所改善
