第二或者第三次入住，作为钻石会员，这次入住略感失望
好的方面是，前台非常热情，也给了升级房间。早餐也算是丰富的
不好的方面都是细节，希望酒店可以加强管理，具体包括：
1）机器人送外卖导致外卖被前一个房客取走，这点到不是酒店问题，不过外卖机器人的形式问题多多，需要思考是否有必要
2）赠送水果是腐烂的，这点有点无法接受
3）要求送一些实用冰块，竟然是用塑料袋送到房间，我当时就愣住了，而且还不是食品级塑料袋
以上三项均涉及食品卫生和食品安全问题，希望酒店可以加强管理，予以重视

I booked a total of 8 rooms for a family event with guests from four countries arriving and leaving at different times. The whole experience was warm and pleasant. Will definitely come back for my future stay! A special thank you to the manager Ms. Chen for her patience and excellent services!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at HuaYi WuXi, and it was truly an outstanding experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff provided a warm and welcoming atmosphere, demonstrating impeccable professionalism and attentiveness.
The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with all the amenities one could need for a comfortable stay. The modern design combined with thoughtful touches made it a perfect blend of luxury and practicality. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep.
The breakfast selection was impressive, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options catering to different tastes. The service during breakfast was efficient, and the staff ensured everything was replenished promptly.
The hotel’s location is also worth mentioning—conveniently situated for both business and leisure travelers, with easy access to local attractions and transportation.
A special thanks to the team for their exceptional service. This was my first time staying at HuaYi WuXi, and I will definitely choose this hotel again when visiting the area. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a delightful IHG experience in Wuxi.
优点缺点都较为明显

首先夸夸宾客服务中心。由于携带父母出行，行政酒廊仅能携带一人进入。因此提前一周邮件了酒店说明了情况，很顺利的将其中一间升级了行政礼遇，并在前台check in时告知将两件房安排了对门，方便出行。
房间内所有备品、装修风格是凸显了该品牌与其他品牌的差异度。入住后因水果未及时送到位，另一间房补送了一份，并且行政礼遇房间晚上也有开夜床的服务。
此行较为不满意的便是一楼面家和三楼彩丰楼。
一楼面家早餐期间，种类较少，甚至在10月7日有的蛋卷、蛋饼、奶酪等，在前一天的同时段内统统缺少（个人猜测因10/5有鼋头渚烟花大会，10/6早餐使用人数较多，精简了一些种类？）。10/7早餐期间客人较少，餐厅内及门口接待处服务人员缺一点也不少，简单数了数，接待处5名人员，餐厅内5名人员，明显感受到收盘子的速度非常快，造成我和家人都有被人走的感觉。
三楼彩丰楼之前就听说在洲际酒店内以及携程美食林的评分较佳，特意放弃行政酒廊，留了肚子去吃了一次。当天当时段大堂仅我们一桌客人。各项餐品出品都达标，饭后也赠送了小果盘。可是服务人员的态度可以用非常差来形容了。几乎每道餐上桌前不介绍菜品，询问菜品在菜单位置时，不耐烦的表示不清楚。
综上，听说无锡太湖华邑是大中华区的华邑旗舰店，前台、宾客服务中心以及行政酒廊的员工专业度都非常高，反观面家的出品及服务人员专业度、彩丰楼服务态度等都让人对以上荣誉深感怀疑。

Cleanness:
The hotel is not a new one, but all facilities are very well organized and very clean.
Service:
Very good service and they all get well training.
Food:
Too many choices for breakfast and happy hour in the executive lounge.
Gym and Swimming:
Swimming pool is amazing, one of the best I have ever seen.
You can not miss it!!!
And so happy that Eva on board again.
