The hotel is very beautiful at night as lights on. Giving quite a" hanfu" style feel. What more the location is stone throw from many attractions. Hotel food is quite a variety and good. The rooms are good and clean. Their services is also awesome where one do not need to go reception to ask for services. Just thru ring, they send to u and is very on prompt. I got them laundry services. The clothings include jacket are clean and nicely ironed. Thumbs up. I will still stick with this Hotel for my next upcoming trip to xian.

洲际官方app订房，当晚被安排了有噪音的房间，询问后得知房间超卖，由于我入住的时间较晚所以安排了临街且有噪音的房间。通过沟通当晚给更换了房间，但房间等级低于我原先预定的，且存在差价。由于我已经提前支付了费用，所以无法找差价，弥补方式为第二天送了欢迎水果，且安排了我所定的房型的较好楼层和景观的房间。值班经理算是认真负责，但个人认为依然可以做得更好，以下为具体建议：
1，酒店工作人员已知有些房间存在噪音问题，应提前沟通解决，不应在晚上11点左右等到顾客入住后发现不妥提出异议再出面解决。
2，住过这么多酒店，听说过通过升级房型解决问题的，第一次遇到降级房型的方式。
3，不知道是不是由于我会员等级降低了的原因，原为白金级别，由于疫情没有入住变为银卡会员，办理入住时的员工十分不专业，我询问wu hua ma toy 是什么，她表现出不清楚且不耐烦。这是看我为新会员？所以不想好好服务？？？
4，第二天通过客服中心电话终于问清楚了wu hua ma toy是特色的五花马盲盒玩具，希望可以提高员工的培训且更新app的房型说明，让顾客可以更容易的理解。
5，第二天更换的房间卫生没有收拾干净，净化器上面有残留的多根长发，通过跟服务中心电话反馈，值班经理很快来处理，竟然送给我一个五花马盲盒（因为我打电话询问了它是什么），价值69元，还有昨晚承诺的欢迎水果，我想说你确实处理了问题，但是应该考虑这是不是顾客想要的，我是穷疯了么？从沈阳到西安去就为了一盘水果和一个盲盒？？？（我买盲盒从来都是整箱端。。。。。。）卫生的事情也没有提及，莫名其妙。
6，值班经理态度很好，反馈也迅速，但应该更好的了解顾客的需求，站在顾客的角度去考虑解决办法，专业度有待提高。

Our stay at the HuaLuxe Xi’an Tanghua was absolutely wonderful, and it is easily the nicest hotel that I have had the pleasure of staying at in my life. It will be where we stay whenever we visit Xi’an again, as the hotel’s location is very convenient, the rooms spacious and comfortable, the staff attentive and helpful, and the facilities top notch. We indulged in the glorious buffet twice, and that also ranks as the best buffet I have ever encountered. Truly a perfect stay, and thanks to weather-related flight delays, we were very happy that we got to stay an extra night! Thanks to the entire HuaLuxe staff!

I stayed at many Hualuxe hotels. But this one is one of the best. The location is very good and the hotel environment is very nice and luxury and many choices of breakfast.

The architecture and amenities of this hotel are excellent and I got very good experience there, there are also games designed for the guests which are amazing

A classic IHG experience that leaves you with a feeling that I could have got a little more for a little less elsewhere.
The property itself is beautiful, but the service is lacksture.

酒店的地理位置不错，建筑很有特色，前台与大堂工作人员的素质都极高，服务标准甚至超过洲际、丽晶等品牌服务，细节程度也很到位，期待下次入住！

The hotel was built of traditional style ;birds, ducks, peacocks, lake and the courtyard are very nice. And the hotel location is very good, close to the Buyecheng. The hotel service is also excellent, all the staff are professional and friendly.

Was here for 3N stay and was impressed by Chef Concierge (Mario) hospitality. He was the only one who helped us out when my partner was having food poisoning when we first checked in. My partner recovered on his 3rd day and we could proceed with our holiday.
Housekeeping was accomodating and provided us more water to keep us hydrated. Reception was patience with us going to them almost everyday on different request.
Thanks Hualuxe for the great stay, I’ll recommend friends and relative to come too! Beautiful property!
A beautiful cultural experience and comfortable stay

Beautiful beautiful hotel with an amazing delicious breakfast!!!!! The garden was quite peaceful and it would be so lovely to sit and relax outside when the weather is warmer than February. I loved the enriching cultural touches in the room like the bilingual Chinese classics books, the traditional loose leaf tea set, and the Chinese fruit plate! (the loose leaf tea and fruit didn't just look thematic, they were very delicious.) The room was comfortable and great to enjoy tea on the couch with my local friend and rest our tired feet. I really appreciated that my room and the hotel are somewhere I can have an authentic Xi'an experience, away from the busy crowds nearby. I loved the location and being close to the Dayan Pagoda. Really appreciated the complimentary Tang Paradise tickets. I hope to stay here again when I return to Xi'an with husband, I think it will be quite romantic!
