床很不舒服

We stayed for 2 nights in multiple rooms and stay was not comfortable. The beds are very uncomfortable and weird heights. When we requested a roll on bed we were told they have only 1 roll on bed available in hotel. Overall kitchen was good and equipped but poor sleep quality spoilt our stay.

Feels home! I like the room, it's super spacious and it smells really good! I also like the view of the pond on my window it was such a nice view. Staffs are very kind and welcoming too. Would definitely recommend this place!

I stayed at Candlewood Suites, and it was awesome! The room was super clean, smelled great, and had plenty of space to relax. The little kitchenette was a nice bonus it made it easy to whip up quick meals.
The staff was super friendly specially (rosy) she made everything really easy, from check-in she definitely made me feel at home she’s attentive and helpful.
Overall, it was such a chill and comfy place to stay. I’d 100% stay here again!

Overall not bad but allowing dust
to cake requires extra work to
clean so more attention to
dusting. Losing an electronic
device to a power surge while
charging is an act of God.
But 30% off my next stay is
not a bad idea.

Bugs in room. Not acceptable at any hotel.
Carpets and curtains need cleaned, but room was clean
If there had been no bugs this would have been a better stay and rated higher

Our stay was wonderful. Only issue was hairs in the shower. Bed comfortable, staff nice, had everything you could need. Hate we missed the pool but this the season.

The staff who worked the front was very patient with me I did not catch her name but she was very sweet and patient. Going up and down the elevator was nerve racking it sounds like it's going to break down any minute. And the roaches I just couldn't take that made me feel disgusting.
Room was not up to the standards of Candlewood.

Night stands wet dirt and sticky, the chair in the main bedroom was dusty and dirty. Left a poor impression on my relatives and I.

I needed a room for one night and this property was recommended to me by a friend who is very meticulous about cleanliness so I always lean on his opinion of places even if my standards are a little lower. Arrived, got checked in very fast. Up to the room. Very spacious. Bed was very comfortable and the work area was super clutch. I’m a content guy and needed to edit some stuff and it was perfect for that. 10/10 would stay again.

I have to admit (though I stayed here before), I almost canceled my reservation because i had such a bad experience at the candlewood in Glen Allen, VA. But I am so glad that I kept my reservation. From the time I entered the front desk to the time that I left, the staff were incredible (I don't. remember their names). The hotel was clean, the room was comfortable. It was a great place to stay. Thank you, so much to the staff and the manager and housekeepers.
