Empápese de lo que le rodea

Akihabara

Welcome to Denki-gai (Electric Town)! The best place in the world to buy electronics at a discount price! You can easily spend half a day flitting from store to store in this area. Musical instruments, home electronics, cameras and computers, it's all here.

Asakusa

Asakusa is the place you have to visit if it is your first time in Tokyo. Please grab hand made ''osennbei (rice cookies)", and walk to the Sensoji Temple. You can take a boat from Azuma bridge to Hamarikyu Garden.

Shibuya

Shibuya became famous after the movie ''Lost in Translation''. A prime people-watching location as there are so many people at the crossing in front of the station (known as ''Scramble Crossing''). You will see many screens on the sides of buildings. Please walk to Omotesando area. Lots of department stores, souvenir shops and record shops.

Hie-Jinja Shrine

2-10-5 Nagatacho, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, Tokyo 100-0014

You should visit Hie-Jinja Shrine which is only 10 minutes from the hotel. The highlight is the walk up through a tunnel of red torii. It's also the backdrop for one of Japan's most spectacular matsuri (festivals).

Imperial Palace East Garden

The East Garden (Higashi Gyoen) is the only quarter of the palace proper that is open to the public. Its main feature is the Edo-period watchtower, Fujimi-yagura, designed to provide the aristocracy with a handy view of Mt. Fuji.

Torre de Tokio

4-2-8 Shibakoen, Minato-ku, Tokyo, Tokyo 105-0011

Tokyo Tower - A great 360-degree view of the city of Tokyo. It retains a sort of old-style charm next to the architectural wonders that have succeeded it.

Ginza

The glitzy Ginza has some of the most expensive real estate on the planet. Wander beyond the main boulevards to find local designers' shops, top notch traditional izakuya (Japanese pubs).

Mori Art Museum

53F Roppongi Hills Mori Tower, 6-10-1 Roppongi, Minato-ku, Tokyo, Tokyo 106-6153

Mori Art Museum - enviably located at the top of Mori Tower in the enormous Roppongi Hills development, exhibitions on show tend toward multi-media installations and thus far have been of a respectably high calibre.

Yebisu Garden Place

Though not a garden, this place is balanced like a good garden should be - a blend of art, entertainment, dining and shopping, and a museum devoted to beer. Accessible by a moving walkway from the JR Ebisu station.

Ark Hills

Our hotel is located in Ark Hills which was built 20 years ago, and it was the first big complex in Tokyo. It includes the hotel, a classic concert hall and a business centre. It is close to the station on the Ginza line ''Tameike-sanno''.

Roppongi

A 10 minute walk from the hotel, discover this area bustling with restaurants, bars and cafes.

Odaiba

Bay area. The Yurikamome monorail is a good ride. There is plenty of interesting architecture to see.
