I have visited this hotel when it first open. it is still keeping its quality.

Very professional staff, is like been home away from home.
The service, starting from the front desk to the restaurant is above any hotel I had visit in Saudi Arabia. Special thanks to the manager and the front desk they always welcome me like family.

Since I entered the hotel gate until I left, all the hotel’s facilities and services were amazing. Thanks to Ms. Rawan in the reception for her wonderful support during the check in and check out.

The staff as well as the accommodations were extremely professional. We had a great weekend, due to the staff and the hotel itself. They were very quick to address any issue and treated us with the utmost respect.

Very nice rooms with up to date furnishings and amenities. Staff were great and always helpful. Seems like a great venue for a meeting. Location is convenient . The front desk staff were very friendly and very helpful especially Ms. Rowena has provided excellent services.
