great service, good food, comfortable bed and beautiful view

First arrive in the Hotel, we impressed with the nice hospitality
then after check in the room ( I upgrade the room for premium golf view)...so nice the spacious, clean room with beautiful golf course view for the 16th floor..it is green and calm with the blue sky above and the mountain view far from the hotel...the bathroom also spacious and clean with clean and white cotton towel..it is the nice hotel to stay for relaxing with good and nice atmospere.

The staff was incredible. Very helpful and always smiling. The breakfast was very good, and we were offered a promo for the breakfast upon check in. The view from the room, the lighting, and comfort was very good. If possible we would definitely come back.

The best Hotel in Jakarta and Bandung, everything in the room deep clean, comfortable bed, the best food, good tasted for breakfast, great service, good design and luxury, the amazing mountain view all places make me feel good

Its always a mesmerizing experience staying at this hotel. Specially during normal situation where we can enjoy the heated swimming pool. Looking forward to that day.

The check-in process was hassle free, Bp. Wirianto the front desk receptionist recognized and valued Platinum Ambassador, my room was upgraded two tier up, I really appreciate it. He is able to answer all my queries regarding the member benefits.
Stayed in 1605, the room has daybed and golf view which are great. The housekeeping lady (I didn't catch her name) was helpful by providing me additional pillow and blanket for the daybed. The bell clerk also delivered all my luggage quite fast. Not long after I went to my room, I received a chocolate cake and welcome card which a nice gesture of guest appreciation, keep it up IC BDP team.
Unfortunately during this pandemic the gym was closed, only the pool was accessible. I understand that different hotel has different protocol, but other hotels that I stayed in during this pandemic are opening their gym, perhaps the hotel can consider to open it soon.
If I may suggest as an improvement of the hotel is the room needs to be rejuvenated, especially the shower area, it's getting outdated with the crust/stain that hard to be cleaned on the shower room wall.
Your team able to convert the restaurant or bar credit into additional 1 pax breakfast from my benefit as IC Ambassador without additional cost. The breakfast itself was amazing, many wide range of food selection, even provide us with Jamu, Bandrek and Bajigur. Bp. Andry as the restaurant manager greet me and asking for the comment and feedback to improve the breakfast, which is a good thing that IC BDP is willing to has continues improvement.
Overall experience as a first timer was amazing, I definitely will come back. Perhaps if the hotel has separate check-in and check-out for IC Platinum Ambassador it will be better, even they already explained this is temporary due to the Covid-19 situation.
Kudos to IC BDP team that made my stay memorable, thank you and keep up the good work!

The room for the price that I had paid is not worth it, might as well going for the lower spectrum. The bathroom was dirty and there was some dead insect. room was super hot during the daytime, and they only have a cooler and not a refrigerator. Fortunately, the staffs are very helpful and considerate of every complaint.
The breakfast was average but maybe because it's due to covid-19 protocol so not much complaint there.

Great room, fantastic view with great big glass windows. Day bed strategically placed
Bathroom is top notch, bathtub placed by the window was genius. Hot water runs well.
Slightly need improvement on TV, poor quality, not crisp.

One of the friendliest receptionist i have ever met. We check out like 2 hours late they only ask for review. Staff at the breakfast also nice. I can park just outside the lobby without extra charge. Our room was clean, the bed was very nice, but no ashtray for smoking room.

Always a great staying experiences at this hotel. Recommended for people who seek a gateway from a city with great atmosphere, service qnd dining experience. Probably the best hotel in Bandung.
