Pasamos 4 días increíbles en el hotel, nos gusto mucho la amabilidad, la limpieza y empeño que ponen en atender las peticiones del huésped. Lo único que podría decir que no estuvo acorde fueron algunos precios del menú tanto de bebidas como alimentos. Ejemplo: Mi esposa quería un coco y al revisar el menú el precio era $220 pesos (creo algo exagerado) caso similar para la cerveza artesanal. Pero fuera de eso todo estuvo genial!!!!!

Excellent property with some minor rehab occurring because of recent storms, but you really would't know. Beach is amazing, staff is amazing, and the property's efforts to execute on saftey was felt and delivered. Great WiFi for work creating a great remote work location.

We visited here for 2 nights while Quintana Roo was in COVID condition Yellow. We were very impressed with the sanitary precautions requiring gusts to wear masks everywhere except in the dining areas and pool/beach area. Hand sanitizer available everywhere. The wait staff at the restaurants and at the beach was all very nice and attentive
The real gem of the hotel is the pool and beach areas - 2 large swimming pools and probably the best piece of beach in the Hotel Zone. There is no public access to the beach so it was nice to be able to avoid the beach vendors which can be a hassle when you are just trying to relax . They also had a falcon with a handler to keep the sea birds away.
This is a great hotel when coming to Cancun with a beautiful beach and excellent staff. Highly recommended!

El hotel cuánta con un inigualable relación calidad precio en todos los aspectos! El tamaño del hotel es muy cómodo para familias con niños. Para mi el mejor para esta categoría de huésped!

One of the best hotels on the best safest swimming beaches in Cancun Hotel zone. I have visited Cancun 5 times. This hotel is a big reason why I keep coming back. Food and service is absolutely superb. I travel a lot in Central America: Mexico,Belize,Costa Rica, and Guatamala.
Believe me, if you are going to Cancun, stay her.

This was our third stay at this hotel. The staff in all the restaurants, beach and pool areas provided attentive and courteous service. Food in the onsite restaurants was delicious and available all day. Many thanks to Javier the concierge for the great service and funny stories!
All safety precautions to address Covid-19 were in place and we felt comfortable at all times. Staff did a thorough job of cleaning common areas constantly.
We will definitely return to this hotel in the near future!

Si quieren un hotel donde pasar una estancia muy cómoda,
Sin preocupaciones por cuestiones como limpieza y atención al cliente, sin duda recomiendo ampliamente a Presidente intercontinental Cancún.
La playa del hotel es increíble, la comida muy rica, y la ubicación de hotel muy conveniente.

Todo estuvo de lo mejor, nos tocó lluvia y eso bajo un poco la temperatura de la alberca
