房间大，干净，床舒服。但是电梯口量体温登记的保安态度不太好，前台人员未告知迎宾饮品券应该在哪里使用。

Almost the highest building in Nanjing city.
Very nice view in the room, I can see Xuanwu lake and the city.
Clean room and comfortable bed.

service is good, location is awesome and view is unique. staff are quite polite. I enjoyed my stay. the only thing I would hope the hotel to improve is for amb member to use BOGO voucher, it should be calculated as one night and points instead of the whole stay is non-qualifying stay. I had to contact customer service to correct this. Overall, I recommend the hotel.

酒店房间不错。但是酒店大堂前台一般。匹配不了洲际酒店五星级标准。

体验了升级的房型，非常适合全家居住，由于雨季和疫情的关系，周围景点没有玩的很尽兴，下次还会再来，感谢所有接待我们的酒店工作人员，是一次非常愉快的旅行，对南京顿时多了很多好感。

From the second we walked into the hotel we were greeted with smiles and helpful staff. Our check in went smooth and hassle free. We were escorted to our room and was pleasantly surprised with how clean and light the room was. The room was equipped with all the necessities. The lounge experience was also very good.

订房时因为使用网上订房，但第三方网订无法识别想要的房型，打电话来咨询柜台，柜台转去订房组，订房组回答的方式不甚有耐心，感觉不到协助。只好check in时现场问，最终虽然有拿到想要的房型，但订房的经验实在影响心情。另外，以五星级酒店，房内连个咖啡机都没有，也是失望。
