good VoC program recognition

First of all, appreciate GM Christ's professional focus on the value of VoC recognition to recover the communication gap between staff level and the customer.

Second, Christ' team has been making every efforts to serve the customers despite of overwhelming quantity of customers during CNY. (*Remark, first time to experience wait on long line for the breakfast either club lounge or main floor restaurant. )

Third, swimming pool was lacking protocol management. i.e: kids training occupied most of available lanes.

Again, appreciate Christ and his team staff has been making great efforts during their overwhelming guests in term of quantity during CNY.

This was my fourth staycation in this hotel, and IHG has become my favourite hotel brand by far. Thanks very much to all the team for making us feel at home one more time, especially to Rod and Joey.
Everything was amazing, the room and the food and beverage services. Buffet breakfast and dinner is one of the best I´ve ever tried in a 5 star hotel. Simply because they understand our needs and likes and they serve them perfectly, to every single detail. Also because they offer a big variety, and most important, top quality.
We will come back for sure.

Satisfactory staying experience.

This is the fourth time I have stayed at this hotel.
Overall, this stay was satisfactory.
Regrettably, this time I was enjoying afternoon tea and Happy Hour in the lobby lounge. The serving speed of Happy Hour is a bit slow.
The front desk of the gym needs the guest to hand in the room card. This is the first time I have encountered this situation.
There are many families and children in the swimming pool. The various facilities in the dressing room are queuing up.
Due to the improper management of the staff, the guest's room card was confused, and everyone was negotiating.
Click the "Meal Delivery Service" button and be transferred to the room department. After two rounds of waiting, the ordering procedure was finally completed.
I hope that the hotel's service will continue to improve.
Looking forward to the next stay.

Back again to this hotel during traveling, it’s quite convenience for my trip. The rate is good during a time without a fair in the exposition. Except showing the Heathy Barcode on the phone and traveling information to the front desk. The guest must hand fill again traveling details on a page, I been told this is a request by the proprietor of the hotel. Don’t why they could share the information token by the phone.

展示会場内にあるホテル

中国国際博覧会時に滞在。ホテルの入口がセキュリティゲートになっているため、完全に展示会場内に寝泊りできる仕組みとなっている。ただし、コロナにおける入場制限をクリアしていないとホテルに宿泊すら出来ないため注意が必要。夜遅くに到着するとパスに問題があるとチェックインすらできないため、日中到着がオススメ。ホテルの使用は普通。湯船とバスタブが別なので、日本人にとってはありがたい。

前台接待还需提高

入住大使会员前台没有升级房间,也没表示大使会员。

早餐也是我主动提出才给的,按道理应该有送。

提前电话沟通房间入住,我定的是双床电话里和我说是大床,还说我订的可能就是大床网上。

离开酒店因为是开车来的,被告知要收费,好吧我入住没有人和我说停车的问题。

总体来说前台服务这边是我入住几家最差的。 不是说态度差而且服务水平有待提高。

This is my third time staying at this hotel and I am very happy to be arranged to the 10th floor.

This is an ordinary executive room without floor-to-ceiling windows.

After the shower sprinkled with water for the first time, it stopped emitting water for as long as 30 seconds, and then it returned to normal.

In the process of showering, I feel that the water temperature is unstable, hot and cold.

After the faucet of the bathtub is closed, the water will splash out of the bathtub. This design is not ideal.

Because it is a holiday, there are many guests in the executive lounge, but the service of the staff is still great.

Looking forward to the next stay.

Definitely will come back. Staff are super helpful and always at service. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Food and beverage are also quite delicious.
