The hotel is clean and in an excellent location. BUT, it is November and the heating should be on! I was not informed about that at all. I turned on the thermostat to heat up before going to the bed. When I woke up in the morning, the room was really cold and I got cold. This is not acceptable for what I paid.

浴巾刚打开就发现有不知名的毛发，很晚也没有特别和酒店提；对马鞭草备品敏感，致电房务想要酒店提供其他备品，被告知要与前台确认，前台确认有其他备品，但需要198元购买使用，此做法及其不符酒店档次。。。。

In view of a business people staying at Intercontinental, hopefully, Intercontinental Tangshan can consider to provide “Google Search” for us.

Saubere komfortable Zimmer, freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, gut sortiertes Frühstück, für jeden was dabei. Angenehme, geräumige Clublounge, einziger Kritikpunkt - leider zu wenig Steckdosen.
Decent property but substandard service

As a Platinum member, I asked for access to executive lounge for check-in when I observed a long line at the lobby. Front desk staff flat out refused, saying even if I check in at the lounge I would need to come back to the lobby to complete the check in process (not sure why, and even then, it would have been faster). The staff then pretended not to hear me when I followed up on my request and asked for clarification. There were other staff at the front desk not engaged with any customers but they claimed they were too busy to provide any help. Not the best way to start a stay there.
Misleading online booking will disappoint families traveling with kids.

Traveling with 4 adults and 2 kids. Website allows for booking rooms for 2 adults 1 kid per room so we booked and prepaid for the two rooms of 3 people each which were recommended by the website. I even called IHG reservations to confirm the room we were selecting was for 3 people and was told "it should be". Upon check in we learned each room only had 1 bed and rollaways were approximately $50 / bed / night. Even though we had confirmed and prepaid reservations for 6 people, the front desk was unwilling to make any accommodations in changing rooms, or at least discounting the roll aways. The extra cost of the rollaways was the equivalent of an extra room, which was already significantly more expensive than most of the other hotels in Tangshan. Frustrated and unwilling to give this hotel any more money, our kids slept on chair pads made into mattresses on the floor. The hotel booking process should be updated to reflect the full charges at time of booking or not allow for booking 3 people in a two person room.

入住体验很棒，值得推荐，儿童乐园很棒，孩子很喜欢。客房烟感器关灯后有些晃眼，影响入睡，希望能改善。
