Very happy with the room, especially the bathroom.
Breakfast was nice but lack of selection, it was mainly just western style breakfast. Most other hotels I’ve been to usually offer more options for breakfast, but the ambience of the restaurant was good.
Swimming pool was okay except floor was kinda dirty.
All the staffs are very friendly and helpful!

Helpful staff catered to our needs promptly. Kids loved the pool experience. A beautiful stay.
Noisy room with loud banging doors all night and people in hallway

Good location, dated room but bed comfy. Windows really dirty Loud banging of heavy doors throughout each night through to 5 am each night of stay with inconsiderate guests laughing and shouting in hallway.can hear TV and voices through the walls.
Pool really disappointing, shabby, mouldy, rusty and needs maintenance. Paint peeling. Spa pool also mouldy and walls and floors dirty. Gym good.

This is the second time I've stayed here, and I returned because of the great service the first time! The room is spacious, very clean and tidy, little to no outside noise, and the location is perfect for the inner city. Super friendly and helpful staff, nothing was a problem for them, and you feel like a valued customer, thanks!

The staff taking the breakfast seating told me i am not on his list and he told me to go away and eat some where else. He repeated this suggesting some place down the street. I saw my business colleagues from work eating, we all booked in together the day before. I went in and said I have charge back for meals and the staff is demanding my credit card to pay for breakfast. I repeatedly said I have charge back. After breakfast I went to the front desk and confirmed I do indeed have charge back for meals, they were helpful. At the end of that day I returned in the evening and my room card was disabled. I had to return to the front desk to replace it, helpful staff. Either a spiteful staff member blocked it or a faulty card system.

When I ever travel to Wellington or pass-through for even one night I always try and stay at this hotel, the hotel staff are always very helpful and friendly.
The rooms are very nice and the beds are fantastic and the hotel, in general, is just a perfect place to stay.
You couldn't gat a better location and I can't wait till I can stay here again.
