Clumsy decoration, poor service, average food quality

This hotel is close to the subway and besides the shopping mall, convenient to get food, snacks or other shopping needs.
There is a water resort nearby, either. A little bit nosiy on day time but a very good place for taking kids to stay.

经常带小朋友来这里度假，小朋友非常满意这里的泳池。对会员很友好，升级后的房间和酒廊都很不错。酒店工作人员也很热情周到。

The hotel facility and location are excellent. Close to an ocean park and shoppings. Several food streets are nearby. The staff are friendly. Due to Covid-19 becoming more serious in the area, the hotel provides daily free screen test for Covid-19, which is quite convenient for the business travelers.

今年第三家洲际，四川的IHG真不少。成都来了好多次，这次主要是带娃玩下天堂岛海洋乐园。
订的景观房，升级到了行政房，酒店有提前联系确认。入住手续很快，前台专业。酒店规模很大，很新，欧式豪华风格；房间很大，干净舒适；像度假村又有澳门豪华酒店的风格。
酒店、商场和水世界都在同一个号称亚洲最大单体建筑的巨大玻璃钢穹顶之下。酒店房间分布在建筑四面不同的区域，几乎每个房间都带露台，从露台望出去就是水世界和同一屋顶下的各种景观。
服务不错，基本有求必应。自助餐厅就在一楼泳池边，品种很多，品质不错。行政酒廊的早餐简单，但素质很好；欢乐时光比较厚道，种类不少。
酒店有大小四个泳池，对住店客人免费开放，也有健身房和桑拿。泳池适合全家活动，特别对小小孩来说，儿童池就足够了，不必去水乐园。
酒店整体还是不错的，唯一缺点是通风。在酒店室外呆一会儿就有体会了，5月初，室外明显闷热，不由自主地会往空调房内躲。服务生也说建筑内通风地方有限，室外这种感觉更明显。

前台人比较多就在酒廊办的入住，酒廊的工作人员都很热情尤其是caesar，服务很好很热情，还给我升级了房间，房间也挺不错的，

此次洲际酒店是一次极差的体验。本着对洲际及IHG品牌的信任选择该酒店，两晚的经历，从客房到早餐到服务都体验到从未想过可以发生在洲际酒店的极差经历。绝对不会再次入住，绝对不会推荐给其他人。
