Comfortable and clean! Great place to stay for work or relaxation.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The room was clean and spacious, there was a nice desk where I was able to get some work done, the kitchen is perfect as I like the ability to meal prep- and there is a grocery store less than a mile walk from the hotel that is easy to get to (sidewalks the entire way). I didn’t use all the amenities this hotel offers as my stay was short- but on site laundry was offered, a bar/restaurant, and more! Will definitely be returning here.
Reserve the shuttle well in advance

When I checked in, I was disappointed to learn that the first 2 shuttles were completely booked up. I had to catch a later shuttle which really worried me in terms of having enough time to check in for my flight and go through security. The only reason I chose this hotel was because of the shuttle.

Clean new hotel. Staff was excellent. They were professional, extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Close to mass transit. Close to airport. Only downside was get a room that is not on street side of hotel if you are a light sleeper
Noisy room

My room faced the road. I heard loud cars and motorcycles all night. The noise was enough to keep me from falling asleep for a very long time. I was startled awake from the noise multiple times.

For being on near the airport this hotel has a great location as it is in walking distance to Revere Beach and has a great shopping mall across the street.

Like the overall tone and settings of the hotel. However we feel the bedding is not as clean as expected and room is a bit tiny. Room next the street is a bit too noisy for a good sleep. Plus no bottle water provided like other hotels.

In a less crowded area with shops, restaurants, and walking distance to Revere Beach!

I had a problem with bill that they didn't fix at the time of my stay. They hadn't informed me when it was fixed however, I noticed a refund in my account. Well done whoever fixed it.

The hotel staff does an amazing job making one feel they care and are most helpful. From clear directions where to meet the shuttle bus at the airport, to welcome coming through the door, to the housekeepers...friendly, helpful, kind and caring staff! A great place to stay if fly in or out of Logan.

The room was beautiful. I’ve never stayed at a staybridge property before I was pleasantly pleased. However I feel the breakfast buffet doesn’t have enough dietary need options.

Staybridge is my most favorite brand under IHG. However, I was a bit disappointed in my stay here:
1. The front desk is under staffed. There was always only 1 staff or sometimes even no one there. There was always a line that I need to wait when I needed help at front desk.
2. Breakfast refill was slow. For example, the omelette ran out and was not replenished in the 30 mins that I was there.
3. I reported to the front desk that the shower drainage choked and it was not fixed.
4. Disposable cutlery was used at breakfast which is not what I expect from Staybridge, where I had always use proper kitchenware in the previous Staybridge that I stayed.
Plenty of self parking on-site but was not free.
Location is convenient for the airport but a bit far from downtown.
