Five Star location, with 2 Star service and 3 Star amenities

The Voco Mabelle Danang is perfectly situated on the beach with incredible views over the South China Sea. Unfortunately rather than the niche mid-tier brand it sells itself as, it fell more like a Holiday Inn Express. The in-room and balcony furniture was uncomfortable and akin to ikea. The lighting in the bathroom was dim and lowly lit. Staff are well meaning, but still lack the polish of this level of IHG. On the positive side, the ocean views are spectacular and the quality of food on offer in the buffet good.
I stayed at the Crowne Plaza Danang City Center a few days prior to my Voco stay, and they I would highly recommend staying there as an alternative until the Voco can raise their standard.

This hotel has a fantastic location across from the beach. It has a great rooftop bar with really good food. Also a nice rooftop pool. Rooms are spacious and well appointed. Staff are very nice and helpful.
Disappointing Anniversary Stay – Poor Service and No Flexibility

We were very disappointed with our experience at IHG Voco Da Nang, especially as it was meant to be a special anniversary trip. Despite requesting an early check-in and room upgrade several days in advance, nothing was honored. To make matters worse, they notified our room ready at very late even after our check in time. Moreover we were given a room with two twin beds—completely unacceptable for a couple celebrating their anniversary. When we asked staff to combine the beds or move us to a room with a king-size bed, they simply said no and made no effort to help. The staff seemed untrained, unhelpful, and uninterested in resolving our concerns. This was far below the standard we expect from an IHG hotel. We will not return and do not recommend this property.
Great location and amazing staff

Besides great location, the staff at the front desk and concierge helped us plan out day drips to Hoi An and Bana Hills. Linh - concierge helped us plan our trips, gave great recommendations for local spas (family friendly), shopping areas in Danang and Hoi An.
Pool on the terrace is amazing and so it the roof top bar.
Vegetarian food options provided for breakfast too on request (Avocado Toast, Pasta, fried rice etc).

Everything was excellent at this hotel from the staff to the rooms the cleans the food I think it’s five star plus thank you so much to the concierges Peter and Anthony and all the breakfast staff that looks after us so well

I was stayed at this hotel for 3 days and 2 nights during my trip to Da Nang.
Voco was go beyond my imagination, before also during check in to final check out the experience was out of this world. The staff was amazing, they are always smiling and willing to help and specially to Henry, thank you for being so attentive during my stay at Voco.
Thanks, Voco team for the upgrade and the welcome amenity, the room was fantastic with direct view to the Danang beach. Also, room was very clean and comfortable
Overall Voco hotel was great place to stay, the breakfast food is also delicious and very strategic location for walking around
To be sure I will be return again if have any chance

I've finally decided to take my first trip to Vietnam, and honestly I don't know what took me so long to do this because I really had a fantastic time, more so with the warm welcome of the hotel staff. Jaden/Jayden was the first point of contact upon my arrival and he was very pleasant. He recommended a fantastic Vietnamese restaurant, I thoroughly enjoyed my dinner there. His manager (I'm sorry I wasn't able to get his name) was likewise very accommodating - I asked Jaden if I could possibly check-in early, coming in from an early flight; he was unsure but his manager immediately accommodated the request. Very grateful for this gesture as I was able to rest well before I started touring the area.
Super touched as well for the staff sending a birthday cake to my room, I really appreciate it! Special thanks to the Reservations Manager, Ngan, who has been so pleasant and accommodating as well. Thanks everyone for making my first Vietnam trip and birthday celebration extra special.

The overall condition of the hotel and all spaces was clean and comfortable. The bed and fluffy soft comforter were wonderful. Great rooftop restaurant and bar and gorgeous infinity pool. I would like to see more attention given to bathroom and floor cleanliness,

I recently stayed for business conference at this hotel, staff were very welcoming and polite. Spa was very nice. Food and coffee in restaurant was great. Location is perfect right infront of white sand beech.
