Очень красивый отель, удобное месторасположение, рядом есть все, что нужно. Новый, современный и стильный дизайн.
Персонал очень приветливый и дружелюбный. В особенности хочу поблагодарить Вячеслава, за тёплый прием. Он подсказал нам все интересные локации, где покушать, что посетить. Так же хочу поблагодарить бармена из Колумбии, очень веселый, общительный и интересный.
В целом рекомендую этот отель сейчас всем, и многие уже хотят приехать к вам =)

Negatives:
1. Location: This is neither a good location for tourism nor for business travel. I was visiting Malta for a conference but also took a couple of days to explore around and the location was far from all points of interest as well as the venues where conferences are held.
You only want to be here if you are loyal to the IHG brand.
2. My Stay:
-Booked a suite, received standard room ✓ (the benefits of being Diamond)
-Got woken up with faulty fire alarm at 6am ✓
-Worst bedding and pillows you'll ever sleep on ✓ (I had better pillows at £10/night hostels)
The only redeeming thing and the reason this is a two star and not a one star review is the breakfast, both the quality of the ingredients and the staff there were excellent.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Voco Malta, and I can't say enough about the incredible hospitality and professionalism of the team there. From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff made me feel genuinely welcome. Special thanks to Camilo, Elsa, and Ovidiu for their warm smiles, helpful advice. Their attention to detail and friendly manner truly set the tone for a wonderful stay.
I'd also like to express my appreciation to their manager, Viacheslav Khruslov, whose leadership is clearly reflected in the outstanding service and positive atmosphere at the front desk. You can tell the team works well together and genuinely cares about guest satisfaction.
A highlight of my evenings at Voco Malta was visiting the bar and restaurant, where Michael consistently went above and beyond. His knowledge, energy, and personable approach made each visit enjoyable. Whether it was a drink recommendation or just a friendly chat, Michael added a personal touch that really stood out. Hats off to his manager, Konstantinos, for fostering such a high level of service and enthusiasm within the team.
I must also compliment the chef for the exceptional cuisine. Every dish was thoughtfully prepared and delicious, but two in particular stood out: the fried squid, which was perfectly crispy and tender, and the burger, which was one of the best I’ve had,juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. It's clear the kitchen takes pride in their craft, and it absolutely shows in the quality of the food.
In summary, Voco Malta exceeded expectations not just in comfort and amenities, but in the people who make the experience so special. Thanks to everyone who made my stay so memorable, I look forward to returning!

I recently had a two (2) night stay at the just opened Nico Malta hotel. The new hotel had just opened reservations to the public after conducting a ‘soft opening’.
I contacted the property before my arrival date and was connected with Front Office Manager, Viacheslav Khruslov. He was receptive and timely in his communication with me. Viacheslav even made an effort to greet me upon arrival.
One detail for follow-up: please extend the elite 500/600 IHG check-in amenity points due my account. I did not utilize the drink coupon given to me as an extra welcome gift and turned it back in to front desk at check-out.
I experienced an enjoyable stay at voco Malta, thanks to Viacheslav Khruslov. and the front desk team. I look forward to my return. Thank you!
