Hotel Staff Commitment

I wish to commend the hotel staff in being so responsive to my need to see a doctor in the middle of the night when my eye became severely infected. They found a nearby hospital for me to go to and sent one of their bellmen with us to ensure there was someone there to help us in whatever manner needed. I would not have been able to get treatment because the staff at the hospital did not speak much English. The bellman was outstanding in his attentiveness and his translation of my problem to the hospital staff. He really represented the Crowne Plaza of Beijing well. Thank you Crowne Plaza Beijing!
