Das Hotel hat ein allzu perfekte Lage, im Herzen Tel-aviv's direkt am Zentrum und dennoch mit direktem Ausgang an dem herrlichen Badestrand. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, aber etwas antiquiert. Leider ist das Gebäude nicht neu, von 1960er Jahre, wurde zwar zum Teil renoviert aber nicht von Grund auf. Daher haben manche Zimmer technische defekte, die das Preisleistungsverhältnis senken. Wenn man dies in Kauf nimmt, ist es ein äußerst freundliches Hotel, das Personial sehr zuvorkommend. Sehr zu empfehlen ist auch das Schwimmbad, mit öffnenden Dach also je nach Bedarf im Freien oder geschlossen, und ein anlegendes Fittnessstudio. Das Frühstücksbüffet ist absolut empfehlenswert, mit einer unbeschreiblichen Auswahl, die wirklich kaum einen Wunsch frei lässt. Alles in allem ein sehr gutes Hotel für viele Zwecke, für uns sicherlich das sechste Mal das wir dort hin gehen.

noisy rooms

The rooms are very noisy, cleaning staff is making a lot of noise in the morning. The room is outdated with a very cheap TV and cheap non-branded amenities.
In a hotel of this standard you would expect a decent gym as well but the gym in this hotel is terrible. Only a few machines which are hardly working anymore. This is a 2 star hotel and the only reason for staying is because of my IHG membership....

The location is very good. Excellent breakfast, good Internet, valet parking, good view from balcony. But the price for the room is very high.

Great hotel with poor staff

The hotel is beautiful and us in a great location. However upon arrival we were rudely greeted by the doorman who informed us helping with valet parking is not his job. Also apparently welcoming guests or helping with luggage was also not. After unsung the concierge we sorted valet parking and attempted to check in. Service here was also unfriendly and unhelpful when we asked for best way to get to a local location we were handed a map and told food is good there but no real help. It's seemed to be a general attitude issue across the board with day staff as also restaurant staff at breakfast had issues aswell and the concierge was almost impossible to find

The night staff on the other hand were very helpful

The spa is a waste of space. They offer no service to speak of and seem unaware of options available. The price list was at the printers so they were able to give a tour and if you book they can work out a price.
