Very friendly and helpful staff, good information provided with regards to rail links, and travel within the Venice area. Would recommend to family and friends.

Comfortable bed and good service

We used this hotel as a base to visit Venice and it was perfect for this. It was right next to the train station but you did not hear any noise from it, 15 minutes and you were in the heart of Venice. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was relaxed.

Excellent base for visitors to Venice

The Crowne Plaza Hotel Venice East is an excellent base to tour Venice and its environs. Although it is not located in Venice itself, the transport by train to and from the hotel is efficient and quick with the local train station at the hotel's doorstep. The hotel provides the accustomed amenities and service normally lacking from Venice-located hotels and, more importantly, one does not get a wiff of the sewer smell.

Not a good stay

I will not recommend this hotel to anyone as I was not very impressed with the Hotel and staff of this Hotel.
