James and his front desk crew were beyond helpful in getting us where we needed to go and answering any questions we had. We arrived before check-in time and James got us checked in early with no problem, and he gave us a late checkout for our departure day since our flight was leaving later in the afternoon. The pool is just off the lobby in the back of the building (not heated though... tad cold when you try to go in later in afternoon/evening) Marnie's Bar & Grille is an awesome restaurant and we totally enjoyed a real "sit down" breakfast after 4 days of "cruising buffets" Our first night was very quiet but the next night got a little rowdy as there was another group of cruisers getting ready to leave town..LOL....totally understand and it was a great experience! Definitely will return.... Please make sure you keep James Baum..you've got a great guy there and you don;t want to lose him! Barb & Twyla... 1. März 2015

But other than that, it is in a great location and good value for the money. It is a beautiful hotel with great staff. I would recommend it. 27. Februar 2015
Rated 3,0 out of 5,0 by Poor Service, dirty room We arrived at 11am and were told rooms are not available yet. They took our phone number and said they would call us. We came back at 1pm (no phone call) and were told rooms were still not available even though we saw other people with getting room keys and going upstairs. At 2pm (no phone call) we were told yes there are plenty of rooms available, which floor do you want??? When we opened the door there a musty, humid smell and the bathroom was dirty. When we told them later about the room being dirty the man at the front desk said "you should have told us"....really...shouldn't all rooms be cleaned to a certain standard before given out? Luckily we were only there for one night. I do like the location as there is plenty to do in that area. I've stayed at this same hotel the year prior and could definately tell the difference in service and value. Food on site was just okay. Breakfast bar was overpriced for the items offered. 26. Rated 5,0 out of 5,0 by Awesome stay My daughter got air sick on the flight into Miami. We got to the hotel early and the front desk went beyond the call of duty to get us a room quickly. Even upgraded us for free to accommodate us. I can not thank them enough for the help and genuine concern they showed to me and my family. 26. Februar 2015
Rated 5,0 out of 5,0 by Close to Port of Miami Although the hotel is a little dated, the rooms were very nice and the staff was exceptional. Bayside Marketplace is across the street with plenty of shopping and restaurants. This was our first time to Miami and our first cruise. Staying at this location was extremely convenient to the Port and only a $10 taxi ride to the ship. 25. Februar 2015
Rated 5,0 out of 5,0 by Nice hotel I enjoyed my stay at the Holiday Inn. It was very clean and the rooms were nice. It was in a great location in Downtown Miami. The bed's were a little hard but that was about the only thing I was slightly displeased with. Great hotel that I would recommend to others! 24. Februar 2015
